  • Publication number: 20240064275
Abstract: An illumination optical system is configured to convert an intensity distribution of incident light in a long axis direction from a Gaussian distribution, to thereby bring an intensity distribution of a shaped beam on a modulation surface of an optical modulator in the long axis direction into a top hat distribution, and to guide the incident light to the optical modulator as parallel light in the long axis direction and as convergent light in the short axis direction. A short axis side light shielding part is disposed at a condensing position on a short axis side of a modulated beam which is emitted from the optical modulator and is convergent light on a short axis side and blocks a non-zero-order diffracted beam on the short axis side of the modulated beam.

  • Publication number: 20240036344
Abstract: In a light shielding unit, an introductory reflection surface is positioned in the vicinity of a focus position of a first-order diffracted beam on an optical axis of a first-order diffracted beam and in the vicinity of a zero-order diffracted beam aperture. The introductory reflection surface reflects the first-order diffracted beam in a direction deviating from an incident direction of the first-order diffracted beam and going away from an optical axis of a zero-order diffracted beam. A light guide path has an introduction port to which light from the introductory reflection surface is incident and guides light introduced from the introduction port. A circumference of the light guide path is surrounded by a light shielding member. A light absorbing part absorbs light guided while being diffused by the light guide path.

  • Patent number: 11588080
Abstract: The illumination optical system includes a beam shaper which converts an intensity distribution of a laser beam in each of a short axis direction and a long axis direction, which is a Gaussian distribution, into an intensity distribution of a parallel beam on a modulation surface of the optical modulator in each of the short axis direction and the long axis direction, which is a top hat distribution. The modulation surface and an irradiated surface are optically conjugated with respect to the long axis direction by a third lens and a fourth lens. Further, the modulation surface and a front focus position of the fourth lens are optically conjugated with respect to the short axis direction by a first lens, a second lens, and the third lens. The fourth lens condenses a beam having a top hat distribution at the front focus position onto the irradiated surface.

  • Patent number: 8591792
Abstract: A method of molding a resin member formed by solidifying molten resin M on a resin member on which molding is to be performed, includes first to third steps. The first step includes setting, on the member on which molding is to be performed, a first mold having a first cavity for molding a portion corresponding to a base portion of the resin member. The second step includes setting, on the first mold, a second mold having a second cavity for molding a portion corresponding to a main body portion of the resin member. The second cavity is formed so as to communicate with the first cavity. The third step includes pouring molten M resin into each of the cavities of both of the molds that have been set, and solidifying the molten resin M thus poured such that it is bonded to the member on which molding is to be performed.

  • Publication number: 20120248839
Abstract: A cushion structure that does not cause pain to a user when seated and that promotes steady breathing. Three dimensional knit fabrics are formed as a laminate of plural stacked layers, and a minimal-layer structure section, which does not possess at least even a single intermediate layer between the topmost layer and the bottommost layer, is provided on the approximate center section in the width direction in a prescribed width and in a prescribed length from front to back. The approximate center section in the width direction of the cushion structure is the region upon which the area around the sacrum is positioned when the user is seated.

  • Publication number: 20120205329
Abstract: A vehicle seat including: an intermediate leg portion provided between front and rear leg portions, one end portion of the rear leg portion is connected to the intermediate leg portion and provided diagonally; a connecting frame formed by connecting two short frames to each other provided between lower end portions of the front and rear leg portions, opposing end portions of the two short frames and a lower end portion of the intermediate leg portion are connected. If impact energy larger than a predetermined level is applied, a couple force acts in a direction where a connection portion between the opposing end portions of the two short frames and the lower end portion of the intermediate leg portion is pressed downward, which rotates the diagonally provided rear leg portion diagonally lower front around the lower end portion thereof, to improve impact absorbing efficiency.

  • Patent number: 7696432
Abstract: In a mounting structure of an electrical junction box, the electrical junction box is vertically mounted on a wall surface along a vertical direction in a state where mating faces of an under case member and an upper case member are set in the vertical direction. Each of the under case member and the upper case member has a pair of left and right locking projections provided therein. A bracket including a backside plate part and a pair of case hook parts provided upright from both sides of the backside plate part is disposed along the vertical direction on the wall surface. The electrical junction box is slidingly inserted from above along the backside plate part in the vertical direction until both pairs of locking projections of the under case member and the upper case member are locked to the pair of case hook parts. Thus, the electrical junction box is mounted on the wall surface by use of the bracket.
