    Abstract: It is possible to simultaneously identify the sound coming direction from a sound source in all directions and estimate the sound intensity of the sound source. A plurality of microphones (11) are arranged on the surface of a baffle (10) of a shape such as a sphere and polyhedron so that sound from all directions are acquired. A calculation device (40) calculates the amplitude characteristic and the phase characteristic of acoustic signals acquired by the microphones (11). The signal information and information on sound field analysis around the baffle are integrated and calculation to emphasize a sound coming from a particular direction is performed for all the directions so as to identify the sound coming direction from a sound source. According to these calculation results and the distance input by an input device (70), it is possible to estimate the sound intensity of the sound source at a plurality of portions generated at the sound source or boundary surface.

    Abstract: Color space conversion and correction processing are performed on inputted R, G and B image data 1 by an RF converter 2, and Y, M, C and K image data 3 is obtained. In the case where Y, M, C and K or Y, M and C image data is directly inputted, the RF converter 2 is passed through without being processed. Inverse processing is performed on the Y, M, C and K image data 3 by a conversion table 6 where a conversion table is set in advance, and the original R, G and B image data is obtained. An image recognition circuit 7 recognizes an image on the basis of the R, G and B image data outputted from the conversion table 6. By virtue of the above process, when an image of a specified document is to be recognized, image recognition can be performed with high precision on the basis of R, G and B image data where inverse conversion has been performed on Y, M, C and K image data or Y, M and C image data.

    Abstract: This invention provides a semiconductor device wherein a fuse structure can be formed of a normal metal wiring material and the fuse structure can be cut easily and surely. A laser beam is applied three times to the fuse structure composed of an Al wiring 22 and a passivation film 24 to cut the fuse. The Al wiring 22 is sublimated to be almost cut as a consequence of a first laser beam application. However, a part of sublimated aluminum is cooled and solidified to possibly hinder the cutting of the fuse. In order to cope with the above phenomenon, second and third laser beam applications are effected on a point of coordinates P2 (P3) so that the area S2 (S3) is completely damaged.
