  • Patent number: 9086161
Abstract: A valve apparatus includes a valve housing, an electric valve, a positive pressure relief valve and a negative pressure relief valve. The valve housing defines therein a valve inside space divided by a partition plate into two spaces communicating with the first port portion and the second port portion respectively. The partition plate has an electric valve opening, a positive pressure relief opening and a negative pressure relief opening separately from each other. When the positive pressure relief valve opens the positive pressure relief opening, a fluid flows only from the first port portion to the second port portion. When the negative pressure relief valve opens the negative pressure relief opening, the fluid flows only from the second port portion to the first port portion.

  • Patent number: 9068667
Abstract: An electromagnetic valve includes a flow passage, a valve member, an actuator having a coil and a movable core, an intermediate member, a connecting member, a housing, and a dividing unit. The housing includes a hollow part between the housing and the actuator. The hollow part communicates with the flow passage. The dividing unit includes a through hole which passes through the dividing unit in its axial direction. The dividing unit divides the hollow part between a communicating chamber that is capable of communicating with the flow passage, and a cancel chamber that is cut off from an outside thereof. The intermediate member includes a communicating passage between the intermediate member and the movable core. The communicating passage communicates between the flow passage and the cancel chamber via the through hole and the communicating chamber.

  • Publication number: 20150027571
Abstract: A first hole is connected through a first fluid chamber to an inflow hole. A first valve seat is formed around the first hole. A second fluid chamber is connected through a second hole to the first hole. An outflow hole is connected to the second fluid chamber. A second valve seat is formed around the second hole. A third valve seat is formed around the outflow hole. A first valve element is movable in the first fluid chamber to make contact with the first valve seat. A second valve element is movable in the second fluid chamber to make contact with the second valve seat or the third valve seat. A biasing member biases the second valve element toward the second valve seat. An outer peripheral passage is formed between an outer periphery of the second valve element and the second housing to enable flow therethrough.

  • Publication number: 20150000772
Abstract: A valve device includes a first passage opened by a first valve member, a second passage opened by a second valve member, and a specific chamber in which an asymmetrical state is caused. When the second valve member is open, escape fluid flows through the specific chamber just before flowing into a second passage and collides a collision part located in the specific chamber. The escape fluid flowing in the specific chamber collides the collision part and is divided into two divided flows, and the two divided flows are joined again at downstream of the collision part. In the asymmetrical state, a difference is caused in a pressure loss between the two divided flows. By the asymmetrical state, a pressure loss as an entire of the specific chamber decreases, and frequency in using a valve mechanism can be reduced. Therefore, the valve mechanism can be used longer without omitting the specific chamber.

  • Publication number: 20140216574
Abstract: A relief valve includes a valve element and a seal lip. The valve element is configured to open and close a hole, which communicates with a pressure chamber, according to a pressure in the pressure chamber into which fluid is introduced. The seal lip is in an annular shape and equipped to the valve element. The seal lip is configured to be in contact tightly with a valve seat, which surrounds the hole, when being in a valve-close state. The seal lip is inclined toward an inner circumferential periphery of the hole and projected from the valve element toward the valve seat.

  • Publication number: 20120255639
Abstract: First and second valve members are received in a valve receiving chamber, which is connected to an inlet passage and an outlet passage. First and second valve seats are annular and are formed at a connection of the valve receiving chamber to the outlet passage. The second valve member is lifted away from the second valve seat synchronously with lift movement of the first valve member upon energization of an electromagnetic drive arrangement when a force, which is determined based on an applied pressure force applied to the second valve member by a differential pressure between a pressure of the inlet passage and a pressure of the outlet passage and urging forces of the first and second urging members, is smaller than an electromagnetic attractive force.

  • Patent number: 5543167
Abstract: Cooked rice is continuously fed rice at the entrance (6) of conveyor system (4) where the rice (a) is cooled to a chosen temperature using cool air jets from above and below the conveyor. The cooled rice is then transferred to another mesh conveyor (22) where cold air jets blow sub-freezing air onto the rice surfaces, but not the cores (a'), of the grains of rice are frozen and are covered with ice crystals (b). The surface-frozen rice is then transferred onto a third mesh conveyor (33) where two sets of counter-rotating comb rollers (32) break up the surface-frozen rice grains into separate grains of surface-frozen rice. The separate grains of surface-frozen rice is then transferred to a fourth mesh conveyor (42) where the grains of rice are completely frozen to the core.

  • Patent number: 5452588
Abstract: A freezer apparatus for rapidly freezing products, such as food products, by blasting cold air at a uniform or controlled temperature and volume along the length of a conveyor which carries the products. In one embodiment, the freezer apparatus comprises a single cooling unit which feeds cold air to multiple blast nozzles disposed at predetermined angular positions around a spirally wound conveyor and at each level of the conveyor. In another embodiment, two cooling units are provided, each associated with a group of blast nozzles disposed above and below a linear conveyor.
