    Abstract: A speaker grille has a grille base, a plurality of front through holes formed on a front side of the grille base, and a plurality of back through holes formed on a back side of the grille base, each of the plurality of front through holes communicating with one of the plurality of back through holes at its inner end. The front through holes are smaller than the back through holes at the inner ends. Such speaker grille is formed by injection-molding a resin using a mold having a stationary half provided with a plurality of stationary side mold pins, and a movable half provided with a plurality of movable side mold pins. The stationary half is designed to form a front side of the speaker grille. The stationary mold pins have distal end faces that are smaller than distal ends faces of the movable mold pins.

This surface-coated member, as a cutting tool, shows excellent breakage resistance and high wear resistance with a long service life, where strong adhesion force of the hard coating layer can be maintained without experiencing peel-off between the TiCN layer and the Al2O3 layer even in cutting operations under harsh cutting conditions, such as intermittent cutting operation where the cutting edge is subject to strong impact.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor having injection ports 70A and 70B opened to operating chambers Vc during a predetermined period of a complete compression cycle, so that a part of the refrigerant circulating in a refrigerating system is injected into the compression chambers from the injection ports. The injection ports are opened to an intermediate pressure chamber, which is at a pressure between the pressure of the refrigerant sucked into the compressor and the pressure of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor. The intermediate pressure chamber is arranged so as to eliminate pressure pulsations therein. Check valves 72A and 72B are provided in an end plate 54 of a stationary scroll member 50. Furthermore, relief valves may also be provided in the end plate for releasing the pressure of the operating chambers to a low pressure side of the refrigerating system.
