  • Publication number: 20050213551
Abstract: In a conventional method of organizing image data taken by a digital camera, only information on the date and time and position are attached to each data, without acquiring information related to the content of the data. Therefore, positional information is obtained and attached to the data of image or text, and when storing the data, information related to the position is acquired based on the positional information and stored in association with the data. Related information is also acquired when the data is viewed. The size of a data file is reduced with a decreased size of information attached to the file. Acquiring the latest information as well as previous information upon viewing the data is possible, since information related to the position of data creation is available in addition to information on the date and time and position, when storing and viewing the data. The acquired information enables detailed categorizing, searching and rendering of data.

  • Patent number: 6700629
Abstract: When adjusting a free-running frequency of a voltage controlled oscillator, the video intermediate frequency processing apparatus receives a VIF-DEFEAT signal to a VIF-AMP to minimize gain of the VIF-AMP, and thereby, the VCO is placed into a free-running state. The VIF-DEFEAT signal is also used to turn off a switch, thereby preventing the detection result such as a weak electric field of a video detection signal by an IF-AGC circuit from being input into an AFT-DEFEAT circuit. Therefore, in an automatic frequency tuning circuit, it is possible to take a free-running frequency of the VCO converted into a direct current from a pad.

  • Patent number: 5919726
Abstract: A primary object of the present invention is to easily and securely fix a photocatalyst to a substrate. According to the invention, there is provided a process for preparing a photocatalyst material, the process comprising a first step of forming an undercoating containing silica gel on a substrate, a second step of bringing titanium tetrachloride into contact with the undercoating and a third step of heat-treating the coated substrate.

  • Patent number: 5518678
Abstract: A honeycomb-shaped ceramic structure having dehumidifying capacity formed by extruding into a honeycomb shape a composition containing zeolite powder having moisture adsorbing property, inorganic fiber, and inorganic binder and by baking the composition in the honeycomb shape. The product displays an excellent dehumidifying capacity at a relatively high temperature of 50.degree.-100.degree. C. The honeycomb-shaped ceramic structure is produced by extruding the composition containing zeolite powder, inorganic fiber and inorganic binder into a honeycomb shape and by baking it at 400.degree.-700.degree. C. after drying.
