Abstract: A lid opening/closing mechanism for a keyboard musical instrument, including: a main body including a casing and a keyboard; a lid attached to the casing so as to be movable between a closed position for covering the keyboard and an open position for uncovering the keyboard; and a connecting mechanism for connecting a side wall portion in the casing and an end portion of the lid and opposed to the side wall portion, wherein the connecting mechanism is configured such that, during a movement of the lid from the closed position to the open position, a rear end portion of the lid slidingly moves only in a direction from a rear end portion of the main body toward a front end portion thereof or moves in the direction from the rear end portion of the main body toward the front end portion thereof and in an upward direction.

A cover unit has a front cover and a rear cover disposed such that they are arranged in forward and rearward directions when the cover unit is closed. A hinge device pivotally connects the front cover and the rear cover such that the cover unit lays open upward a keyboard when it is open with the front cover and the rear cover being folded. An instrument body accommodates the keyboard and a musical tone generator, and includes a pivotal support member fixed therein, left and right lateral side panels, and a topboard. A guide mechanism is provided on the left and right lateral side panels, and supports the rear cover such that the rear cover is movable in the forward and rearward directions.

Abstract: A music stand device can be securely mounted in a keyboard instrument or the like. A music score plate holds a musical score. A mounting member is mounted on a roof plate. A fixing member is fixed to the musical score plate and has one end thereof rotatably supported by one end of the mounting member. A supporting member has one end thereof rotatably supported by the other end of the fixing member and the other end thereof engaged by a part of the mounting member to thereby maintain the musical score plate in the standing position. An engaging bolt is provided in the roof plate and located in opposed relation to the mounting member. The mounting member is slid to engage an engaging hole and the engaging bolt with each other, with the mounting member fastened to the roof plate by a fastening tool from above through fastening holes.
