  • Patent number: 9061312
Abstract: An inner deckle for a die includes a shaft-shaped deckle main body and a sheet- or film-shaped deckle auxiliary portion extending from the deckle main body. The inner deckle is arranged at each end of a die. The die includes a die piece and is formed with a manifold and a slit. The deckle main body includes a seal reinforcing portion. A liquid material is supplied into the manifold. The seal reinforcing portion includes at least one sealing member having two or more films. The films slide and are simultaneously elastically deformed against an inner wall of the manifold when a position of the inner deckle is moved with respect to the die. The films cooperate with each other and are closely attached to the inner wall by an elastic restoring force when the position of the inner deckle is fixed with respect to the die.

  • Publication number: 20090269502
Abstract: Provided are a method for producing a circular polarization separation sheet and an apparatus for coating layer formation, whereby a circular polarization separation sheet which selectively reflects a light in an entire visible light range is easily obtainable. A method for producing a circular polarization separation sheet including a step of obtaining on a substrate a photopolymerizable composition containing a liquid crystal compound, and a step of converting the coating layer into a resin layer having a cholesteric regularity, characterized in that the resin layer forming step includes: a selected ultraviolet light irradiation step (1) of irradiating the coating layer with a selected ultraviolet light having an illumination intensity of less than 10 mW/cm2 under a temperature at 20 to 40° C. for 0.

  • Patent number: 4533514
Abstract: Control rods are inserted into the core of a nuclear reactor in operation to shut down the reactor output. Before completion of entire control rod insertion, a high-temperature coolant flowing in piping for a reactor water clean-up system is sprayed into the space in the upper portion of the reactor vessel. As the space is under negative pressure, oxygen existing in the water droplets of the sprayed coolant is separated. After completion of entire control rod insertion, a residual heat removal system is operated. The spraying operation is discontinued and a low-temperature coolant cooled by a heat exchanger in the residual heat removal system is sprayed into said space. The coolant sprayed by said first spraying operation is not cooled by the heat exchanger in said residual heat removal system.
