  • Publication number: 20240166323
Abstract: Trim angle control apparatus configured to control a trim angle of an outboard motor including a prime mover, including: a detector configured to detect a rotational speed of the prime mover; an actuator configured to adjust the trim angle of the outboard motor; an operation member configured to be operated by a ship operator to input a change command for changing the trim angle; and an electronic control unit including a processor and memory. The memory stores a target value of the trim angle for each rotational speed range of the prime mover in advance. The processor is configured to perform: setting a target value of the trim angle based on the rotational speed; and controlling the actuator so that the trim angle becomes the target value. The setting includes changing the target value in accordance with the change command when the change command is input through the operation member.

  • Patent number: 11951583
Abstract: An electrostatic chuck includes a ceramic base, a ceramic dielectric layer, an electrostatic electrode, and a ceramic insulating layer. The ceramic dielectric layer is positioned on the ceramic base and is thinner than the ceramic base. The electrostatic electrode is embedded between the ceramic dielectric layer and the ceramic base. The ceramic insulating layer is positioned on the ceramic dielectric layer and is thinner than the ceramic dielectric layer. The ceramic insulating layer has a higher volume resistivity and withstand voltage than the ceramic dielectric layer, and the ceramic dielectric layer has a higher dielectric constant than the ceramic insulating layer.

  • Patent number: 11948825
Abstract: A wafer placement table includes: an electrostatic chuck that is a ceramic sintered body in which an electrode for electrostatic adsorption is embedded; a cooling member which is bonded to a surface on an opposite side of a wafer placement surface of the electrostatic chuck, and cools the electrostatic chuck; a hole for power supply terminal, the hole penetrating the cooling member in a thickness direction; and a power supply terminal which is bonded to the electrode for electrostatic adsorption from the surface on the opposite side of the wafer placement surface of the electrostatic chuck, and is inserted in the hole for power supply terminal. The outer peripheral surface of a portion of the power supply terminal is covered with an insulating thin film that is formed by coating of an insulating material, the portion being inserted in the hole for power supply terminal.

  • Patent number: 4714451
Abstract: A V belt stepless variable transmission provided with a driving pulley comprising a stationary conical disc fixed to a drive shaft and a movable conical disc axially movable with respect to the drive shaft, a driven pulley comprising a stationary conical disc fixed to a driven shaft and a movable conical disc axially movable with repsect to the driven shaft, and an endless V belt running across both the pulleys, so that an interval between each stationary conical disc and each movable conical disc is changed to thereby carry out stepless variable transmission, the driving pulley being provided with a tension adjusting means for mechanically giving to the movable conical disc thrust to meet input torque to thereby adjust tension on the V belt, and the driven pulley being provided with an hydraulic actuating cylinder for hydraulically driving the movable conical disc at the driven pulley, so that a fluid is supplied or discharged to or from the hydraulic actuating cylinder so as to actuate the movable conical d

  • Patent number: 4708329
Abstract: A fluid-filled power unit mount device consists of a mount rubber securely interposed between two base plates. A partition plate is securely connected to one of the base plate so as to define fluid and auxiliary chambers on the opposite sides thereof. The partition plate is formed with an orifice to provide fluid communication between the fluid and auxiliary chambers, and provided with two parallely arranged movable mechanisms each having a movable member. The movable member is movable under small amplitude high frequency vibration causing booming noise, but restrained from its movement under large amplitude low frequency vibration, thereby effectively damping even vibration which is slightly higher in frequency than the booming noise generating high frequency vibration.

  • Patent number: 4679778
Abstract: A fluid-containing power unit mounting device capable of effectively damping vibration in a wide range of frequency is shown. The damping function of the device is accomplished by a mounting rubber forming an internal fluid-containing chamber between a power unit and a chassis, a partition plate dividing the chamber and including a plurality of valve mechansims in series and an orifice communicating between both sides of the chamber.

  • Patent number: 4639006
Abstract: A suspension arm for supporting an automobile wheel is joined with a gusset by two bushing means. The gusset is fixed to an automobile body to hold the suspension arm to the automobile body. Each of the bushing means is placed coaxially with the other in the fore and aft direction of the automobile and allows the suspension arm to turn up and down. Preferably, each of the bushing means comprises a bushing and a pin inserted into the bushing.
