  • Publication number: 20240099553
Abstract: Provided is an endoluminal device system including: an elongated and flexible endoluminal device; a wire that is disposed in the endoluminal device; a first sensor that detects tension of the wire; a second sensor that detects displacement of the wire; a driving device capable of pulling the wire; and a processor. The processor is configured to: cause the driving device to execute a relaxing operation for relaxing the wire, acquire the tension and the displacement of the wire during the relaxing operation, which are detected by the first sensor and the second sensor, respectively, and adjust a control parameter of the endoluminal device based on a rate of change in the tension with respect to the displacement.

  • Publication number: 20230380856
Abstract: An ultrasonic treatment instrument includes: a vibration transmitter main body having a proximal end to which a vibration generation source is connected; a first support in which a central axis of an outer peripheral surface of the first support is shifted from a central axis of an inner peripheral surface of the first support when an external force is not applied; a second support in which a central axis of an outer peripheral surface of second support coincides with a central axis of an inner peripheral surface of second support when the external force is not applied; and a tubular portion into which the vibration transmitter is inserted and which has an inner peripheral surface on which the first support and the second support abut.

  • Publication number: 20230233224
Abstract: A vibration transmission member includes: a main body that extends from a front end toward a proximal end of the vibration transmission member to define a longitudinal axis direction and that has a proximal end to which an ultrasonic transducer configured to generate ultrasonic vibration is connected; and an end effector that is installed at a front end of the main body and that has a curved shape which curves in a first direction toward the front end of the vibration transmission member, the first direction being orthogonal to the longitudinal axis direction, the end effector being configured to apply the ultrasonic vibration to a body tissue to treat the body tissue.

  • Publication number: 20220265306
Abstract: Treatment device for ultrasonic treatment and high frequency treatment procedure is equipped with an ultrasonic transducer including piezoelectric elements converting electrical power into ultrasonic vibrations. The treatment device includes a transmission rod with a treatment probe and jaw for clasping objects. The transmission rod includes one or more features for damping, to minimize or prevent excess vibrations and to, among other things, decrease frictional heat caused by the friction between the damping features and the transmission rod arising from attenuating the ultrasonic vibrations.
