  • Publication number: 20080178528
Abstract: An automatic opening/closing apparatus for vehicle, which is provided with a tensioner mechanism for applying a predetermined tension to a cable member, is downsized. A case of a driving unit is provided with a tensioner housing, and the tensioner mechanism for applying the predetermined tension to a cable is accommodated in the tensioner housing. The tensioner mechanism includes a pulley holder movably mounted on a guide shaft, and a spring for biasing the pulley holder, wherein a movable pulley is rotatably supported by the pulley holder. The cable drawn in the tensioner housing is wound about the movable pulley so that a direction in which the cable is drawn out from the case is substantially parallel to a direction in which the cable is drawn out from a driving drum, whereby the predetermined tension is applied to the cable by a spring force of the spring.

  • Patent number: 7075682
Abstract: According to ITU-T Recommendation V. 34, the origination modem and the destination modem implement an original negotiation for determining a transmission rate of facsimile communication by executing a training independent of any controller. If the line therebetween is disconnected due to a communication error without establishment of the negotiation, the communication management information storage RAM 13 stores the communication management information. Thereafter, the CPU 11 eliminates the negotiation peculiar to the modems pursuant to V. 34 for redialing. The CPU 11 performs a negotiation for controlling the modems and selects a transmission mode corresponding to a communication capability of the destination facsimile based upon Recommendations V. 17, V. 29, and V. 27 ter.

  • Patent number: 6265860
Abstract: Disclosed is a waveform measuring apparatus in which an integration period T can be discretionally set to a value in accordance with the analog voltage cycle of the device being measured with a simple circuit configuration. The waveform measuring apparatus has two integrator circuits for integrating a repeat-cycle analog input with a fixed period. A control portion, consisting of a gate controller and a phase shifter, enables first and second integrators alternatively, such that only one integrator is active at any point in time. The integrals from both integrators are then combined to obtain the integral of the analog input voltage.
