Specifically, the fuel filling device (18) is disposed over a hydraulic pump (11) provided to an engine (9) and at a height position equivalent to the exhaust gas post-treatment device (10). Therefore, the fuel filling device (18) can be heated for a short period of time by the exhaust gas post-treatment device (10) which is exposed to high temperature soon after the start of the engine (9).
