    Abstract: In an inverted pendulum type vehicle no excessive load is exerted on a sub-wheel even in the case where some downward load is exerted on a sub-wheel arm. The inverted pendulum type vehicle includes a main wheel capable of moving forward, rearward, to the left and to the right with a vehicle body frame supported by the main wheel. The inverted pendulum type vehicle further includes the sub-wheel arm turnably supported on the vehicle body frame with the sub-wheel being supported by the sub-wheel arm and being grounded. The sub-wheel is supported through a deformable biasing device, and is biased into a predetermined position in relation to the sub-wheel arm. When a downward load is exerted on the sub-wheel arm, the biasing device deforms, whereby at least part of the sub-wheel arm is grounded.

A grease filling portion is adapted to fill grease into the bearing chamber. The grease filling portion includes a grease filling port formed in the bearing body so as to communicate with the bearing chamber and a grease tank for storing the grease and for being detachably attached to the grease filling port.

In the electric two/three-wheeled vehicle, an opening (90) open toward a rear of the vehicle is provided in the leg shield (43), and an upstream end of the cooling air inlet duct (88) is connected to the leg shield (43) in such a manner as to continue to the opening (90). Accordingly, it is possible to cool a battery while preventing entry of dust into a battery case as much as possible.

A dynamic damper is disposed as an adjunct at a plate mounting portion that attaches the thrust plate to the hull. More specifically, the thrust plate is first mounted to the hull. Then, with a flange portion of the jet pump pressed up against a rear surface of the thrust plate, a second bolt is screwed in toward the thrust plate from an outward side of the hull. The jet pump is thereby attached to the rear surface of the thrust plate.

The propulsion unit includes an impeller, plural stationary blades provided on the downstream side of the impeller, and a cooling water intake structure. The intake structure is disposed between adjacent first and second stationary blades, on the side of the first stationary blade relative to a bisecting line between the two stationary blades. Hydraulic pressure on the side of the first stationary blade, relative to the bisecting line, is lowered by guide action of the impeller, and hydraulic pressure on the side of the second stationary blade relative to the bisecting line is raised, respectively, when the boat is towed while the impeller is stopped.
