  • Publication number: 20240159019
Abstract: A cable clamp (26) is disposed in an upper revolving structure (3) of a hydraulic excavator (1). The cable clamp (26) supports a power feeding cable (91) connected to a power feeding port (12A). The cable clamp (26) is supported on the upper revolving structure (3) via an arm member (23) attached on the upper revolving structure (3). A wire (30) is bridged over between the cable clamp (26) and the arm member (23). A tension sensor (29) detects a load applied to the wire (30). A controller (16) issues an alarm when a tension detection of the tension sensor (29) goes beyond a prescribed threshold value (T1 or T2).

  • Publication number: 20240091603
Abstract: A golf club head having a striking face having improved abrasion resistance by applying abrasion resistant material to the striking face. Applying abrasion resistant material to the striking face can include the use of electroplating a metal onto the striking face, such as chromium. The striking face can be co-molded with a conductive veil to improve the electroplating process. A physical vapor deposition layer can be further applied to the striking face. Alternatively, a veil can be applied directly to the striking face without electroplating. The veil can be made from compounds such as carbon, aramid, polyetherimide, polyphenylene sulfide, polyether ether ketone, polypropylene, and metals, such as copper.

  • Publication number: 20240082656
Abstract: Golf clubs and golf club heads having a weight member that is configurable in multiple positions to alter the performance characteristics of the golf club head are presented. In some examples, the weight member may be arranged in a sole of the golf club head and may include ends having different weighting characteristics. For instance, one end may be heavier or denser than another end of the weight member. The difference in weight characteristics may be due to different materials used to form the different ends, different construction of the ends, and the like. The position of the weight member may be adjusted to alter the performance characteristics of the golf club head. For instance, the weight member may be removed and rotated to position a heavier end where a lighter end was previously positioned.

  • Publication number: 20240082653
Abstract: A golf club head having a slot in the sole filled with an insert in which the slot is positioned close to the striking face. The slot can be a uniform distance from the striking face or the slot can curve away from the striking face in the toe region. The insert can have a uniform height or a non-uniform height. Inserts with uniform heights can have a low height profile. Inserts with non-uniform heights can have a lower height in a central portion of the insert compared to an edge portion or a perimeter portion of the insert. The insert can also have flanges or protrusions for installation into the slot. The resulting golf club head improves performance, as the sole slot with insert allows the striking face to have a profile that meets the needs at that location.
