Abstract: Configuration-wiring information is generated by a function-restricted netlist. A data-writing device writes the generated information to FPGAs. The restriction-lifting section lifts the restriction of the restricted configuration-wiring data. Then, a bit stream is generated based on the configuration-wiring data. The bit stream is encrypted in the encryption section and then decrypted in the decryption section. The decrypted data is written to the FPGA by the data writing section. A dongle stores permitted writing count information contracted with an IP vendor. A remaining writing count is calculated based on the writing count information every time the writing to the FPGA is performed. When the remaining writing count becomes zero, the functional restriction lifting and the decryption are prohibited, so that IP netlist cannot be written to the FPGA.

Abstract: A storage component interconnected via a network includes a recording unit for recording various contents, a first management table, a second management table and a control unit. The first management table manages for each user storage capacity in use by users in each recording unit of the storage components on the network. The second management table manages for each user total storage capacity that each user is allowed to use in all the recording units of the storage components on the network. The control unit restricts the storage capacity in use by the users so that the storage capacity used by the user does not exceed the total storage capacity that the user is allowed to use, on the basis of the first management table and the second management table.

Abstract: A received broadcast data dynamic editing device for dynamically editing received broadcast data comprises a TV tuner for receiving broadcast data of one or more broadcast programs which are broadcasted by broadcast stations, an HDD for storing the received broadcast data, a modem for acquiring a script for editing the broadcast data stored in the HDD, a main memory for temporarily storing the script acquired by the modem, and a CPU for playing back the broadcast data stored in the HDD according to the script and thereby displaying the broadcast data on a video output device in the order that is designated by the script, for example. The script is, for example, data which includes information concerning playback order, a channel, actual broadcast starting time and actual broadcast ending time with respect to each broadcast data to be played back by the CPU.

Consequently, the swivel snap hook can be molded such that the front-end outside engaging face of the stopper piece is closed to the front-end inside engaging face of the hook body. Therefore, in the swivel snap hook, a length and a depth of the hook body thereof can be set as the conventional ones, while it can be molded in a state that the front-end outside engaging face of the stopper piece is kept in contact with the front-end inside engaging face of the hook body.

Abstract: A buckle is composed of a buckle body and an insertion body. The buckle includes an engagement and disengagement system in which the insertion body is inserted into the buckle body. An elastic member provided with elasticity, which is made of, for example, natural rubber, synthetic rubber or thermoplastic elastomer, is integrally molded on a pressing surface formed on an operating portion for performing an engagement and disengagement operation of the buckle by bicolor molding means or insert molding means. The pressing surface of the operating portion may be disposed on the buckle body or may be disposed on the insertion body. In either case, it is possible to produce a buckle having a good touch. Consequently, since the operating portion is flexible and soft to the touch, a smooth engagement and disengagement operation of the buckle can be realized.

When content information linked to media information is entered by a user, the terminal apparatus transmits this content information to the server with a link to the media information. The server stores the content information that has been transmitted in with a link to the media information, and when the media information is designated by a terminal apparatus, transmits to the terminal apparatus the content information linked to the designated media information.

Abstract: A broadcast storage system is disclosed which is easily controllable by the user for setting programs for timer recording and playing back recorded programs. The broadcast storage system has one or more slave apparatus and a master apparatus. The master apparatus grasps programs set for timer recording by each of the slave apparatus. When a program to be recorded is determined by the user or an automatic timer recording process, the master apparatus selects an apparatus to record the program such that a plurality of timer recording settings are not made at one time in one apparatus, and instructs the selected apparatus to set the program for timer recording. When instructed to set the program for timer recording, a slave apparatus sets the program for timer recording, and records the program at the time when the program is broadcast.

A timer recording pattern server discloses timer recording pattern information including identification codes of programs recommended by the opinion leaders through the Internet for the respective opinion leaders. An automatic broadcast recording apparatus acquires the timer recording pattern information of an opinion leader selected by the user via the Internet. The automatic broadcast recording apparatus acquires program information including identification codes of the broadcast programs and broadcasting dates and times thereof. The automatic broadcast recording apparatus selects a program included in the timer recording pattern information from the program information and sets the program for timer recording. Thereafter, the automatic broadcast recording apparatus receives the program set for timer recording and records the program.
