The cleaning liquid is effective for removing etching residues formed in a dry etching process from semiconductor devices and display devices without oxidizing and corroding their metal wirings, particularly, copper wirings and the materials of insulating films.

When the game apparatus starts a game, prior to starting the main content, a weight value of a player is detected and the weight value is set as a reference value. When the reference value is already set, the detected weight value of the player is compared with the reference value. When a comparison result shows a match, the game apparatus continues game play. On the other hand, when the comparison result shows a mismatch, the game apparatus confirms the player whether to continue the game and when the game is continued, the weight value of the player detected this time is reset as the reference value.

Abstract: To further reduce the manufacturing cost of a shell type needle roller bearing, and to ensure high quality of the shell type outer ring by subjecting the outer ring to a heat treatment that needs no adjustment of the atmosphere. The steel sheet to be formed into the shell type outer ring 1 by pressing is made of a medium to high carbon steel containing carbon by not less than 0.3 mass percent. With this arrangement, the material cost and thus the manufacturing cost are lower than when using a conventional low-carbon structural alloy steel sheet or a steel sheet for cold rolling and pressing. Also, it is possible to ensure high quality of the outer ring by subjecting the outer ring to simple heat treatment without the need for carburizing or carbonitriding, which needs adjustment of the atmosphere.

A discharge pressure introducing pipe that is connected to a portion of a hermetic case below the oil face of the lubricating oil is connected to the pressure introducing pipe.

Abstract: Air is introduced from an intake chamber into a plurality of hollow fiber membranes in a casing. The casing is connected to a vacuum pump via a three-way valve and water vapor in air is evacuated through the membranes. Dehumidified or dried air is discharged from a discharge chamber at the ends of the membranes. The vacuum pump is connected to a detector/selector. If the vacuum pump is out of order, it is detected by the detector/selector and another dehumidifier including a depressurizing device is actuated.

Thus, while the restraining member is capable of withstanding the load of restraining the vehicle occupant, even when the restraining member is deployed, it can be brought back to the retracted position so that the restraining system can be used repeatedly.
