  • Publication number: 20110073424
Abstract: The flow of hydraulic fluid induced by sliding movement of a piston in a cylinder is controlled by a pilot-type main valve and a pilot valve, which is a pressure control valve, thereby generating damping force. By thrust from a solenoid actuator, the valve-opening pressure of the pilot valve is controlled, and the pressure in a pilot chamber is also controlled to control the valve-opening pressure of the main valve. When there is a failure, a valve body of the pilot valve is retracted to abut against a fail-safe disk by spring force of a valve spring. Thus, damping force is generated by the fail-safe disk at the downstream side of the pilot valve, and the valve-opening pressure of the main valve is also controlled by the fail-safe disk to obtain an appropriate damping force.

  • Publication number: 20110012465
Abstract: A rotor (21) is an interior permanent magnet rotor formed of a rotor core (24) in which a plurality of permanent magnets (25) are embedded at predetermined intervals. First protruding portions (26) and second protruding portions (27) are formed on an outer peripheral face of the rotor, the first protruding portions (26) each opposing the vicinity of a central portion of each of the permanent magnets and having a substantially arc-shaped cross section protruding outward and the second protruding portions (27) each opposing the vicinity of an end portion of each of the permanent magnets and protruding outward. One first protruding portion and two second protruding portions correspond to one permanent magnet. The formation of the first and second protruding portions as described above on the outer peripheral face of the rotor makes it possible to sufficiently reduce the torque ripple and the noise caused by the distortion of air-gap magnetic flux distribution.

  • Publication number: 20100240953
Abstract: A light source device emits normal illumination light and special illumination light interchangeably at a charge-storage time of an imaging device. A DRP is reconfigurable between a normal image producing circuit and a special image producing circuit. A CPU instructs the reconfiguration of the DRP when detecting that a vertical synchronization signal from a drive circuit falls to zero level. The DRP gains an access to a configuration memory to load circuit information of the normal or special image producing circuit. According to the circuit information loaded, the DRP changes functions and interconnection of processor elements.
