  • Patent number: 9465117
Abstract: A radiation detecting apparatus includes a radiation detector including a scintillator for converting radiation that has passed through a subject into visible light, and a substantially rectangular shaped photoelectric transducer board for converting the visible light into radiographic image information, and a casing housing the radiation detector therein. The casing is of a substantially rectangular shape and includes an upper plate, a lower plate, and a frame interconnecting the upper plate and the lower plate. The frame has a recess defined therein, which faces and is spaced from a corner of the photoelectric transducer board, the recess being concave in a direction away from the corner.

  • Patent number: 9441672
Abstract: A method for producing a holder in which sagging is suppressed in a bent part to be formed into a flange portion, without using bulge forming and a split mold that restrains the inside of a working target article; and a holder. An upper punch presses and bends one end portion of a working target article inward, whereby a flange portion is formed in the one end portion. A smaller-diameter portion of the working target article is restrained from the inside and outside by a lower punch and split mold portions. Then, a peripheral surface portion of a convex portion of the upper punch receives the end portion of the working target article and applies an outward pressure to the end portion. A bent part is pushed toward a larger-diameter portion restraining part of a split die, so that sagging is prevented from occurring in the bent part.

  • Patent number: 8853644
Abstract: A radiation image capture device is provided with a radiation detection panel, a signal processing board, a flexible printed circuit, a casing, and a first conductor. The radiation detection panel includes optoelectronic conversion elements that convert radiation to electronic signals. The signal processing board is disposed to oppose the radiation detection panel and performs signal processing of the electronic signals provided by the radiation detection panel. One end of the flexible printed circuit is electrically connected to the radiation detection panel and the other end is electrically connected to the signal processing board. The casing accommodates the radiation detection panel and the signal processing board, and accommodates the flexible printed circuit in a state of being separated from inner walls of the casing. The first conductor is provided at a region of the flexible printed circuit that comes in contact with the casing by movements of the flexible printed circuit.

  • Patent number: 6812946
Abstract: An image forming device in which, even if exposure processing and developing processing are carried out simultaneously, offset at a time of scanning-exposure in an exposure section, which is caused by relatively rough conveying in a developing section, can be eliminated. Attention is focused on rigidity of a sheet-shaped recording material. A guide plate of a conveying section is bent such that elastic repulsion is generated, and a predetermined frictional force with respect to a driving roller is generated by the elastic repulsion. Thus, even if the driving roller vibrates due to an external disturbance or non-uniform driving occurs, vibration or the like can be absorbed by movement of the recording material in a thickness direction thereof. Thus, conveying of the recording material is not directly affected, and conveying can be stabilized.

  • Patent number: 6215103
Abstract: In a heat developing section, heater boxes heated by sheet-like heaters are disposed vertically in pairs between an insertion roller pair and a discharging roller pair. When a heat developing photosensitive material is fed between the heater boxes by the insertion roller pair with a photosensitive layer of the heat developing photosensitive layer facing upward, it is guided by a guide plate of a lower heater box and is conveyed with an air layer being constantly formed between an upper heater box and the heat developing photosensitive material. As a result, the heat developing photosensitive material is heated without the photosensitive layer thereof being pressed. Accordingly, the heat developing photosensitive material is uniformly heated with no wrinkles generated therein, and an image of high finished quality is formed.

  • Patent number: 5913633
Abstract: There is provided an arrangement for mechanically and reliably joining a shell-type outer ring of a homokinetic joint and its shaft. A circular hole (4) is formed in a press formed end wall of an outer ring (1). A polygonal surface or serrated grooves are formed on the inner periphery of the hole (4). A protrusion (7) provided at one end of a shaft (5) is press-fitted in the hole (4) to join the outer ring and the shaft so that they will not rotate relative to each other. A caulking tool is used to deform protrusion (7) to form caulked portion (14) so that the outer ring (1) is prevented from moving axially relative to shaft (5).

  • Patent number: 5669033
Abstract: When drawbacks which prevent driving of a portion to be driven arise, an excessive load is not applied to components in a drive system so that damage of the components can be prevented. Thrust force, i.e., force in the direction along an axis of rotation (in the direction of arrow B) is applied to a movable worm gear due to the excessive load. When the thrust force becomes larger than urging force of a compression coil spring, the movable worm gear moves axially in the direction of arrow B against the urging force of the compression coil spring. A pin is disengaged from a groove by the axial movement of the worm gear so that the torque of the rotating shaft is not transmitted to the worm gear. As a result, the drive force is not transmitted to the drive system of the downstream side of the movable worm gear. Accordingly, damage such as breakage of teeth of gears due to the excessive load applied to each gear can be prevented.
