  • Publication number: 20060015592
Abstract: Before applying a software object such as virus detecting software to a customer's real time control apparatus, in order to verify an effect on real time control of the software object, the software object is downloaded from a first web site to a verifying real time control apparatus, and the software object is applied to the verifying real time control apparatus to evaluate whether the customer's real time control apparatus stably maintains the real time control or not. The software object which has been evaluated as one capable of maintaining a stability is uploaded to a second web site, and made to be applicable to the customer's real time control apparatus. Moreover, an observation computer observes whether the verification is performed normally or not.

  • Patent number: 5396434
Abstract: A machining-error of a non-circular shape machining apparatus is corrected by controlling a movement of a tool which is synchronous with a rotation of a workpiece. A position of the tool is detected when the tool is according to a command position which is coincident with or close to a target position of the tool. At least an amplitude ratio and a phase difference of an amplitude ratio, a phase difference, and an offset difference between the target position and the detected position; is obtained. At least a process of increases and/or reducing the command position and a process of phase shift of the process for increasing and/or reducing the command position on the basis of the amplitude ratio, a process for shifting a phase on the basis of the phase difference, and a process for changing an offset of the command position on the basis of the offset difference are performed, whereby a first corrected command position is obtained.

  • Patent number: 5325308
Abstract: A method for simulating machining reduces the memory capacity to store blank shape and tool shape by representing such a blank or tool shape only in terms of distances from a visual plane. This method enables a relatively low priced processing system to display detailed shapes graphically as even if the shape of a blank is changed by machining; the system only judges the relative magnitude of the distances in each segment. This method enables detailed machining simulation of cubic shapes by a relatively low priced processing system and with a smaller memory capacity.
