  • Publication number: 20240050318
Abstract: A capsule marking device 1 includes: a conveying unit 2 that conveys a capsule C along a conveyance path 2a; a first imaging unit 30 that captures an image of the capsule C being conveyed, to obtain first imaging data; a marking unit 40 that performs marking on the capsule C being conveyed; and a control unit that sets a marking region on the capsule C on the basis of the first imaging data, and forms a marking pattern in the marking region by controlling the operation of the marking unit 40. The capsule marking device 1 further includes a separating unit 60 that selectively separates the capsule C being conveyed from the conveyance path 2a, and the control unit controls the operation of the separating unit 60 to separate the capsule C having a seam with a size equal to or larger than a predetermined reference size in the marking region in the first imaging data without forming a marking pattern.

  • Publication number: 20230165756
Abstract: An edible body marking device that forms a marking pattern on an edible body by scanning a laser spot. The marking pattern includes, as additional information, positional information of one or more index dots that are made by partially deforming or removing one or more dots of the laser spot, or newly adding one or more dots of the laser spot with respect to a basic pattern that is obtained by forming a plurality of the dots of the laser spot.

  • Publication number: 20230038031
Abstract: An edible-body marking device (1) has a carrier device (20) that carries an edible body, a detection part (210) that detects the edible body, and a laser processing part (220) that forms a marking pattern on the edible body by using laser light. The carrier device sequentially carries the edible body to the detection part (210) and the laser processing part (220). The detection part images (210) the edible body to acquire orientation information regarding an orientation of the edible body, and the laser processing part (220) has a memory part that stores in advance multiple pieces of marking procedure information regarding formation procedures of the marking pattern in association with their respectively different pieces of the orientation information, and forms the marking pattern on the edible body according to the marking procedure information extracted from the memory part based on the orientation information acquired by the detection part (210).

  • Patent number: 9710901
Abstract: Disclosed is an edible object marking apparatus (1) wherein a carrier means (20) successively conveys an edible object to a detecting means (210), a marking means (220), and a marking inspecting means (230) while holding the edible object, wherein the detecting means (210) captures an image of the edible object to acquire orientational data indicating the orientation of the edible object, the marking means (220) forms a pre-set marking pattern in accordance with the orientation of the edible object based on the orientational data, and the marking inspecting means (230) captures an image of the edible object, extracts marking pattern data, compares the marking pattern data with pre-set reference pattern data based on the orientational data acquired by the detecting means (210) to thereby inspect marking accuracy. This edible object marking apparatus makes it possible to promptly and easily obtain edible objects provided with an accurate marking.
