The device includes an input device with which a user selects from which position of the guidance is to be reproduced; and a player configured to, where a designated step corresponding to the position selected by the user from among the steps is a particular step, jump a playback progress to the position selected to play the guidance, the particular step being an initial step of steps having not yet been performed completely, and, where the designated step is not the particular step, jump the playback progress to a position of the particular step to play the guidance.

Abstract: A fuel cell system uses, as an inlet sealing valve, an eccentric valve having a rubber seat provided with a seal part having such a shape as to increase the surface pressure of a portion in contact with a seal surface of a valve element when pressure in an air supply passage rises. Each of an outlet integration valve and a bypass valve is constituted of an eccentric valve basically identical in structure to the inlet sealing valve. When supply of air to a fuel cell stack is to be stopped during deceleration of a vehicle, a controller closes the inlet sealing valve and opens the bypass valve and, after the inlet sealing valve is fully closed, closes the bypass valve.

Abstract: An image display device reproducing an image displayed according to operations performed consecutively is provided. The device includes an extraction portion extracting, from the operations, a plurality of times of first operations to scroll through the image, and a position at which an operation is made in a display surface of an object selected from the image through second operation performed after the plurality of times of first operations; and a reproduction portion that reproduces the image in accordance with the operations in such a manner that scrolling through the image is omitted or shortened in accordance with a target operation which is any one of a specific operation and a subsequent first operation among the plurality of times of first operations. The specific operation is to scroll through the image in a manner to move the object from one side to the other side when viewed from the position.

The portable terminal apparatus includes a transmitter that transmits a screen image and application information to the image processing apparatus.
