  • Publication number: 20130324739
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide crystal polymorphs which have a high bulk density and are excellent in storage stability, among crystal polymorphs of a glutamic acid benzyl ester N-carboxylic anhydride. According to the present invention, the crystal polymorphs of glutamic acid benzyl ester N-carboxylic anhydride that have a bulk density of 0.45 g/cm3 or higher can be obtained by dissolving glutamic acid benzyl ester N-carboxylic anhydride in a solvent which has been heated at a temperature equal to or higher than 40° C. and lower than a boiling point thereof and is in an amount of 0.5 L or more per mol of the glutamic acid benzyl ester N-carboxylic anhydride, adding a poor solvent which is in an amount of 1.4 L or more per mol of the glutamic acid benzyl ester N-carboxylic anhydride at a temperature equal to or higher than 40° C. and lower than a boiling point thereof, precipitating crystals at a temperature equal to or higher than 40° C.

  • Patent number: 7075394
Abstract: An electromagnetic drive has a sliding portion and a stator, the stator forming a magnetic circuit in combination with the sliding portion. The stator has an accommodating portion for supporting the sliding portion so the sliding portion can reciprocate inside the accommodating portion. A magnetic attractive force is generated by a coil to attract the sliding portion in one of the reciprocating directions. The coil generates a magnetic attractive force when energized such that either one or both of at least an outer peripheral wall of the sliding portion and at least an inner peripheral wall of said accommodating portion forms a magnetic portion made of nickel phosphide. The phosphorus content of said magnetic portion is set within a range of 5% to 15% in mass percentage.

  • Patent number: 6722627
Abstract: An electromagnetic valve device reduces wear of a moving member and a non-magnetic member sliding against the moving member and prevents contamination from contacting the sliding part. The moving member is directly and movably supported in a reciprocating manner by a non-magnetic cup. The moving member has a hard layer made of nickel containing PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) particles at the sliding part located against the cup. The hardness of the hard layer is high and is approximately the hardness of the stainless steel cup. Therefore, the wear of both the moving member and the cup can be reduced. The hard layer contains the PTFE particles, and therefore the sliding part between the moving member and the cup is lubricated by the PTFE, which reduces the sliding resistance at the sliding part and improves the responsiveness of the device.
