Publication number: 20230225266Abstract: A control device controls a water supply device that supplies irrigation water to an open farm field in which a plant grows. The control device includes a storage unit, a calculation unit, and an output unit. The storage unit stores an environment value of each of a plurality of divided areas obtained by dividing the farm field and weather forecast of the farm field. The calculation unit calculates, based on an environment value and the weather forecast, an irrigation schedule in which supply time and amount of the irrigation water individually supplied to each of the plurality of divided areas during the irrigation period are determined. The output unit outputs to the water supply device, a control signal to control supply and no supply of the irrigation water to each of the plurality of divided areas based on the irrigation schedule.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 23, 2023Publication date: July 20, 2023Inventors: NAOHISA NIIMI, MICHITAKE KURODA, HIROSHI UCHIGASHIMA, TOMOHIRO YOKOCHI, HIROSHI TANIOKU, NAOKI HASEGAWA

Patent number: 7559247Abstract: A pressure sensor for detecting pressure includes: a metallic diaphragm for receiving the pressure; four strain gauges providing a Wheatstone bridge, wherein each strain gauge outputs an electric signal corresponding to deformation of the diaphragm when the diaphragm is deformed by the pressure; and four semiconductor chips corresponding to four strain gauges, wherein each strain gauge is disposed in the semiconductor chip. Each semiconductor chip is mounted on the diaphragm.Type: GrantFiled: July 12, 2007Date of Patent: July 14, 2009Assignee: DENSO CORPORATIONInventors: Kiyoshi Otsuka, Osamu Itoh, Hiroshi Uchigashima, Kazuhiro Yoshino, Keiji Horiba, Tetsuya Ogawa

Patent number: 7404330Abstract: A pressure sensor includes a metal housing and a semiconductor chip. The housing has a diaphragm unitary with the housing and an inlet for introducing fluid to the diaphragm. The inlet has a first end exposed to the diaphragm and a second end exposed to an outside of the housing. The housing has a thin-wall portion at the first end of the inlet and the thin-wall portion serves as the diaphragm. The chip is mounted on the diaphragm. The area and thickness of the chip are set so that separation between the chip and diaphragm can be prevented. Since the separation is prevented based on the area and thickness of the chip, there is no need that the diaphragm is made of a material having a thermal expansion coefficient similar to that of the chip.Type: GrantFiled: March 13, 2007Date of Patent: July 29, 2008Assignee: DENSO CORPORATIONInventors: Hiroshi Uchigashima, Kiyoshi Otsuka, Osamu Itoh

Publication number: 20070247599Abstract: There is disclosed a projector supportable on a support surface which is defined as at least a surface coplanar with or parallel to a projection surface, for use in projecting imaging light representative of a display image onto the projection surface, to thereby display the display image on the projection surface. The projector includes: a projection device arranged to project the imaging light toward the projection surface, to thereby focus the image onto the projection surface as a projected image; and a supporting device arranged, when placed on the support surface, to support the projection device such that a distance between an exit face at which the imaging light exits the projection device and the projection surface is adjustable.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 27, 2007Publication date: October 25, 2007Applicant: BROTHER KOGYO KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Seijiro KADOWAKI, Hiroshi UCHIGASHIMA
