  • Patent number: 9819872
Abstract: A processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit that acquires a captured image obtained by capturing, by an image capturing unit, a target object to which a projection unit has emitted pattern light. A derivation unit derives a distance from the image capturing unit to the target object by using the captured image. An adjustment unit adjusts, in accordance with the derived distance, at least one of a first parameter for controlling brightness of the pattern light emitted from the projection unit, and a second parameter for controlling an exposure amount of the image capturing unit.

  • Patent number: 9704302
Abstract: Operation of self-propelled mining equipment in the field can be accurately recognized at a remote position of the equipment. A management center for controlling a dump truck receives signal from sensors in order to show detection data for the working status of the operation instruments and warning indication data based upon the detection data. The warning indication data and the detection data for the working status of the operation instruments are displayed on the same display. Alternatively, in place of the detection data for working status of the operation instruments, related information from a data base concerning the record of maintenance previously conducted may be displayed, or a graph of the detection data for the working status of an operation instrument of another dump truck which is operating in the same working field may be displayed.

  • Publication number: 20170187255
Abstract: An object is to provide an interior permanent magnet rotor unit that allows possible demagnetization to be suppressed regardless of a material for a portion of a permanent magnet, which is positioned on an outward side in a radial direction of a core. A core is a laminate of first thin-plate-like members and second thin-plate-like members. The first thin-plate-like members and the second thin-plate-like members have first insertion slots and second insertion slots each of which is filled with a permanent magnet. In the first thin-plate-like members, a separating portion is formed at an end of each of the first insertion slots or the second insertion slots, which end is located on an outward side of the insertion slot in a radial direction, to form a slit in the corresponding permanent magnet.

  • Publication number: 20170083440
Abstract: Data transfer between processors is efficiently performed in a multiprocessor including a shared cache memory. Each entry in a tag storage section 220 of a cache memory holds a reference number field 224 in addition to a tag address field 221, a valid field 222, and a dirty field 223. The reference number field 224 is set in a data write, and the value thereof is decremented after each read access. When the value of the reference number field 224 is changed from “1” to “0”, the entry is invalidated without performing a write-back operation. When the cache memory is used for communication between processors in the multiprocessor system, the cache memory functions as a shared FIFO, and used data is automatically deleted.
