Abstract: A method is provided for manufacturing cement fiber sheets by supplying slurry primarily including fibers and cement as main material components onto a permeable sheet, and suctioning and dewatering the slurry. The method includes a foreign matter removing operation for removing foreign matter in the slurry material before supplying it to the permeable sheet, a thickness control operation for bringing the slurry to a specified thickness after the foreign matter removing process, and a leveling operation for smoothing the slurry surface after the thickness control process. Thus, treatment for foreign matter contained in slurry as well as thickness control, is throughly carried out, so that the product surface quality is ensured.

Abstract: A rear differential gear allows to be locked by a differential gear lock switch at speeds less than a first set vehicle speed, prohibited from being locked at speeds greater than or equal to the first set vehicle speed, and automatically unlocked if the locked state elapses a predetermined period of time at speeds greater than or equal to a second set vehicle speed that is greater than the first set vehicle speed. Therefore, it can prevent reduction in driving stability due to the under-steering in a turning, even if a driver has forgotten unlocking the locked rear differential gear by operating the differential gear lock switch in a rear differential lock controller.

Abstract: A differential gear lock controller, in which it is judged that a speed sensor has failed if the throttle opening or the number of revolutions of an engine is greater than or equal to a predetermined value and if the state in which the vehicle speed is zero elapses a predetermined time or more, or if the deceleration of the vehicle speed is greater than or equal to a predetermined value. In such a case, the operation of controlling a driver for driving a mechanism for locking a rear differential gear is stopped.

Abstract: A process for producing interior vehicular trim, comprising covering the surfaces of a substrate to which a nap-raised ornamental member has been applied, and removing the synthetic resin surface material at the part thereof covering the nap-raised ornamental member along a weld line. The synthetic resin surface material is welded and melt-cut on the peripheral edge of the ornamental member by carrying out the welding while the synthetic resin surface material is lifted up by force from the surface of the nap-raised ornamental member over the part thereof covering the ornamental member. An apparatus for producing interior vehicular trim, comprises an upper platen disposed to oppose matchably to a lower platen for supporting the substrate to which the nap-raised ornamental member has been partly applied, to effect welding of the synthetic resin surface material which was applied over the surface of the substrate, the welding being carried out along the peripheral edge of the ornamental member.
