  • Publication number: 20110005255
Abstract: A vehicular air-conditioning system provided with a vapor compression type refrigerating machine improved in practicality, provided with a vapor compression type refrigeration cycle 10 having a compressor 11 compressing and discharging a refrigerant and an outside heat exchanger 16 exchanging heat with the air outside of the cabin and the refrigerant and designed to be able to switch between a cooler cycle cooling vented air blown into the cabin and a heat pump cycle heating the vented air, a heating means 36 for using cooling water of an internal combustion engine EG as a heat source for heating the vented air, a vent mode switch 60c setting a defogging mode blowing out vented air toward the vehicle window glass by operation by a passenger, and a control means 50 controlling switching between the cooler cycle and heat pump cycle, the control means 50 selecting the cooler cycle and outputting a signal requesting operation to the internal combustion engine EG when the vent mode switch 60c is used to set the de

  • Patent number: 6428409
Abstract: An inside/outside air switching box has first and second inside air introduction ports, and an outside air introduction port. An inside/outside air switching door is disposed to open and close the first inside air introduction port and the outside air introduction port, and the second inside air introduction port is opened and closed by an inside air auxiliary door operated due to a pressure difference generated by operation of a blower fan between an inner side of the inside/outside air switching box and an inner side of a passenger compartment. Accordingly, even in an outside air introduction mode, inside air can be introduced from the second inside air introduction port.

  • Patent number: 5547354
Abstract: A compressor has a movable scroll supported on a bushing connected to a rotary shaft via an eccentric pin. The movable scroll and the bushing are disposed coaxial to the eccentric pin to rotate together with the eccentric pin. The movable scroll moves along a predetermined circular path around an axis of the rotary shaft to closely contact a fixed scroll, opposed to the movable scroll at a given portion to define a displaceable fluid pocket and compresses refrigerant gas introduced into the fluid pocket. The compressor comprises a first balance weight eccentrically supported on the eccentric pin for an integral rotation therewith. The first balance weight is arranged to generate first centrifugal force counteracting second centrifugal force generated in the movable scroll and the bushing based on the rotation of the movable scroll and the bushing.

  • Patent number: 5520524
Abstract: A scroll compressor having a driving shaft 6, on which a bushing 10 and a balancing weight 9 are supported. The drive shaft 6 includes, at its end, a drive projection 6a, which is engaged with a driven groove 10a formed in the bushing 10. A spring 20 is arranged between the drive projection 6a and the bushing 10 for urging the latter radially inwardly to reduce the radius of the orbital movement of the bushing 10. A centrifugal force generated in the bushing when the drive shaft 6 is rotated causes the bushing 10 to be moved radially outwardly to increasing the radius of the orbital movement of the bushing 10.

  • Patent number: 5427510
Abstract: A scroll type compressor which prevents occurrence of abnormally high pressures due to liquid compression at the time of startup so as to lighten the engine load by providing a projection on the end face of the shaft and a groove in which the projection fits in the end face of the bush supporting a movable scroll member, the projection and groove being arranged so that their abutting faces are inclined a predetermined angle with respect to a line connecting the center of the shaft and the center of the bush in the direction opposite to the rotational direction of the shaft and being positioned relative to each other so that the extension line of the abutting faces passes through the side opposite to the side where the center of the bush is positioned seen from the center of the shaft.
