  • Publication number: 20150111554
Abstract: In operation control for a femto base station apparatus, file updating is performed only for an apparatus needing updating only when needed to prevent the bandwidth of the network from being narrowed. Version information of a file necessary for the operation control for a femto base station apparatus is obtained before performing the operation control. Then, it is confirmed whether or not the obtained version information matches the version information of the file stored in the storage unit. The operation control is performed when matching is confirmed. Contrarily, a version of the file necessary for the operation control is obtained and the file updating is performed when a version confirming unit confirms mismatching of the version information.

  • Patent number: 8977272
Abstract: A mobile communication system includes a first radio control device that manages a first cell, a second radio control device that manages a second cell, and a third radio control device. The second cell is set as a handover destination cell of the first cell. The third radio control device manages the second cell as a redundant configuration of the second radio control device. The third radio control device notifies the first radio control device of the third radio control device managing the second cell as the redundant configuration of the second radio control device. • Publication number: 20130344922
Abstract: Provided is a network device capable of achieving low power consumption of a call control card and suppressing a failure of the call control card. A network device 20 includes a selection unit 23 that selects a call control card, for which a power supply is to be disconnected, from a plurality of call control cards, and a power saving control unit 24 that disconnects the power supply of the call control card selected by the selection unit 23. The power saving control unit 24 reduces a margin set in a call control cards not selected by the selection unit 23 in response to the disconnection of the power supply of the call control card selected by the selection unit 23 to thereby increase the number of operational connection calls set in the call control card not selected by the selection unit 23.

  • Patent number: 8520637
Abstract: A mobile communication system having a first communication system and a second communication system forwards forwarding data from the first communication system to the second communication system when switching from the first communication system to the second communication system is determined, the forwarding data being a data that the first communication system has already received from a core network device. A network device transmitting direct data to a mobile communication terminal via the second communication system is configured to count the number of switching times that the switching from the first communication system to the second communication system has been determined, for every user. The network device is configured to count the number of successful reception times that information identifying a user has been received via a forwarding path of the forwarding data, for every user.
