Patent number: 11073209Abstract: In a connected-part seal structure configured to couple a first connected part and a second connected part through a seal member, the taper angles of first and second inner pressure-contact tapered parts provided in the seal member are smaller than the taper angles of first and second inner tapered parts provided in the first and second connected parts. Thus, a pressure-contact force of first and second inside tapered pressure-contact allowances are larger as the inside tapered pressure-contact allowances are located closer to base end parts of first and second annular protrusions.Type: GrantFiled: October 25, 2017Date of Patent: July 27, 2021Assignee: CKD CORPORATIONInventors: Hideyuki Takeda, Hiroki Iwata, Hiroto Yasue, Shinjiro Hariyama

Patent number: 11060637Abstract: A fluid-device connecting structure includes a first fluid device having a first connection part, a second fluid device having a second connection part, an annular seal member to connect the first and second connection parts, and a coupling member to keep the first and second connection parts in a connected state. The coupling member includes a first coupling segment and a second coupling segment, each including at one end a first hinge part or a second hinge part. The first and second connection parts each have a cylindrical outer shape. The first coupling segment has a U-like shape having an opening and surrounds the first and second connection parts over a range more than 180 degrees of an entire circumference of each of the first and second connection parts.Type: GrantFiled: November 8, 2017Date of Patent: July 13, 2021Assignee: CKD CORPORATIONInventors: Hideyuki Takeda, Hiroki Iwata, Hiroto Yasue, Yasunori Nishimura

Patent number: 8104742Abstract: A flow control valve is provided in a manner to be capable of locking a position of a differential screw easily without displacing a position adjusted valve element body. The valve element body is brought into or out of contact with a valve seat provided between a first port and a second port, and is connected to an operation member. The operation member is movably inserted into a cover and urged to a direction toward the valve seat by an urging member. A position of the operation member is adjusted by a differential screw, and accordingly a position of the valve seat is adjusted. A rotation member for exerting a rotation force on the differential screw is slidably mounted in the cover along a moving direction of the operation member without rotating. A locking portion is provided in the rotation member to engage with the cover without rotating when the operation member is slid along its moving direction.Type: GrantFiled: September 21, 2006Date of Patent: January 31, 2012Assignee: CKD CorporationInventors: Tetsuya Ishihara, Shigeru Osugi, Yukie Nakamura, Hiroto Yasue

Patent number: 7090190Abstract: There is disclosed a flow control valve which regulates a flow rate by determining a stop position of a piston by contact in an opened state, and which enables remote and high-precision flow rate regulation. In a closed state, an urging force of a return spring acts on a piston, bringing a diaphragm into close contact with a valve seat. In this state, when compressed air is supplied into a pilot chamber, moving the piston, the diaphragm is brought out of contact with the valve seat. Then, the piston comes into contact with a nut and the diaphragm is stopped providing a fixed clearance between the diaphragm and the valve seat. An opened state is established. Of course, the nut can be moved to any desired position by means of a serve motor or the like, so that a position at which the piston comes into contact with the nut can be changed.Type: GrantFiled: July 26, 2005Date of Patent: August 15, 2006Assignee: CKD CorporationInventors: Hiroto Yasue, Yasushi Hirako, Hiroshi Kagohashi, Kazuhiro Sugata
