  • Patent number: 7104879
Abstract: An automatic boning system of the upper half of a slaughtered fowl is provided, in which the number of processing steps is decreased, integrated control using cams is adopted instead of individual control of prior art using hydraulic actuators, and an improvement in yield is achieved. The automatic boning system of the upper half of a slaughtered fowl comprises a main intermittently stepwise feeding section (11), a group of eight stations, and a cam mechanism (14). The main intermittently stepwise feeding section (11) comprises a rotary disk (12) which is rotated intermittently stepwise at an angle of 45° by means of a stepwise driving device (12a), and eight attachment cones 13 located on the peripheral part of the disk 12 at a spacing of angle of 45°.

  • Patent number: 6860357
Abstract: A motor vehicle acquires driving power for running from a high voltage power supply. The vehicle has a collision detecting device that detects a vehicle collision, a deceleration detecting device that detects a deceleration of the motor vehicle, and a high voltage system shut-off control device that provides control such that a circuit of the high voltage power supply is broken in response to a collision detection signal from the collision detecting device. The circuit of the high voltage power supply is reconnected when the deceleration detected by the deceleration detecting device does not become equal to or greater than a predetermined value within a short period of time from the receipt of the collision detection signal. Therefore, if the vehicle has collided, the power supply is shut off immediately, and if the vehicle has not really collided, the power supply is not shut off so as to surely enable the vehicle to run.

  • Patent number: 6445654
Abstract: In a DVD video player with a built-in CD-R drive, until it reaches the state that the data of an optical disk can be reproduced, the output is switched into the reproduction output from a flash memory, a record medium that is quick to start reading. This makes it possible to develop user interfaces such as: voluntarily reproducing an audio information from the flash memory to add music sounds or sounds with special effects to the screen saver, in replacement of the optical disk drive that cannot read data during the screen saver being in operation or being in standby; reproducing the sounds with special effects; reproducing click sounds in response to a key input from the key or the remote control unit; and announcing to inform of the state to the user.

  • Patent number: 6249532
Abstract: A billing system for use in a chargeable program broadcasting is capable of reliably billing a subscriber for program reception while preventing unauthorized reception thereof. A receiving terminal includes a primary terminal 100 and a secondary terminal 150. The primary terminal 100 receives a compressed video signal and confirms by an error checker 113 thereof whether there is a transmission error and bills, by a billing device 114 thereof, the receiving subscriber on the basis of an error information and a program information, etc., separated from the video signal by a separation circuit 112. The compressed video data is time-axis multiplexed with a terminal identifying code and a key signal and transmitted to the secondary terminal 150. In the secondary terminal 150, a bill for the subscriber is confirmed by the terminal identifying code and the compressed data is decoded by a decoder circuit 166 thereof.
