  • Publication number: 20240042420
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an exhaust gas purification catalyst with increased exhaust gas purification performance. The exhaust gas purification catalyst has a porous support, catalyst metal particles supported in the pores of the porous support, and zirconium dioxide particles supported in the pores of the porous support. The zirconium dioxide particles are supported in a uniformly dispersed manner in the pores, as monoclinic crystals or a mixture of monoclinic crystals and tetragonal crystals, the phrase “supported in a uniformly dispersed manner” meaning that when the exhaust gas purification catalyst is measured with an electron beam microanalyzer, the proportion of the abundance ratio of zirconium in a surface region up to a depth of 1.5 ?m from the exhaust gas purification catalyst surface with respect to the abundance ratio of zirconium in the region inward from that surface region of the exhaust gas purification catalyst, is 95 to 105 mol %.

  • Publication number: 20230247163
Abstract: A sheet conveyance device has a sheet conveyance path with a first path and a second path. A wireless tag communication device can write information to a wireless tag on a sheet on the first and second paths and receive responses from the wireless tag. A controller controls the wireless tag communication device to attempt to write information to the wireless tag while on the first path, then determines whether information has been written to the wireless tag on the first path according to a response received from the wireless tag. The controller switches a conveyance destination for the sheet to the second path if the information has not been written or to a discharge location if the information has been written. The controller then controls the wireless tag communication device to attempt to write information to the wireless tag while the sheet is on the second path.

  • Publication number: 20230077472
Abstract: A wireless tag that is not guaranteed to be located within a predetermined area is prevented from being read as a valid wireless tag. A communication device includes: an antenna; a reference tag; a reception unit; and a determination unit. The reception unit uses the antenna to sequentially receive signals wirelessly transmitted from a reference tag whose relative position to the antenna is known and a reading target tag different from the reference tag. The determination unit determines that the signal transmitted from the reading target tag and received by the reception unit is invalid based on a phase of the signal transmitted from the reference tag and received by the reception unit.
