  • Publication number: 20150127846
Abstract: Joined streams can be generated by devising an encoding method for a video tile stream, while limiting load on the server. After a video signal that is the subject of encoding has been received, a tile stream is generated by encoding the video signal using appropriate prediction reference information. The video tile stream that has been obtained by encoding is output. Here, encoding of the video information utilizes a restricted prediction reference information method or a fixed prediction reference information method, so that errors caused by inconsistencies in prediction relationship of a signal do not arise even if streams, formed by each MB line of a frame of the video tile stream, are arbitrarily connected. At the time of connecting tile streams, it is possible to avoid inconsistencies in prediction information written into a stream determined at the time of encoding.

  • Publication number: 20140269929
Abstract: Byte alignment on a bit stream includes replacing adjustment coefficient sequences, that are high-frequency components within quantized block coefficient sequences with predetermined base coefficient sequences. A bit quantity that is to be increased for byte alignment is calculated based on code amount of a bit stream that has been acquired by subjecting the block coefficient sequences, that are the adjustment coefficient sequences that have been replaced with base coefficient sequences, to variable length encoding. Appropriate adjustment coefficient sequences that will replace the base coefficient sequences are searched based on bit quantity that is to be increased. The retrieved adjustment coefficient sequences are then inserted into high frequency components corresponding to base coefficient sequences.

  • Publication number: 20130223537
Abstract: In distribution of high definition video signals in which it is possible to freely move viewing regions, systems and methods allow for determining viewing movement without dependence on user operation. In at least one embodiment, a video region of an input video signal is divided into a specified number of regions, and generates a plurality of video signals corresponding to each of the divided regions. The plurality of video signals are encoded to generate a plurality of video bit streams that are stored in a video bit stream group storage section. A video bit stream is extracted from the storage section based on the viewpoint movement information, and a transmission video bit stream is transmitted to a receiving unit. Viewpoint movement information is determined in order to specify a region for viewing from among the video regions. The viewpoint information is determined regardless of user instruction, based on specified data.

  • Publication number: 20090299892
Abstract: Receipt of an order for a support for transportation in a trade or for documentation in a trade is managed. A control unit of a service management server sends an order receipt information registration screen. In a case where a service pattern is selected on the order receipt information registration screen, the control unit retrieves service plans that constitute the service pattern, and outputs the service plans. Then, the control unit acquires order receipt particulars information about the service plans. Then, the control unit registers order receipt management data. On the other hand, in a case where order receipt information is input in the order receipt information registration screen, the control unit retrieves a service plan that matches the order receipt information, and outputs the service plan.
