    Abstract: This invention relates to a communication system using an internet protocol (IP) address. Subscriber terminals have the same subscriber identification and different IP addresses. A server establishes a connection between the terminals via the network. A service system has a table including the subscriber identification information and the IP addresses of the subscriber terminals. When a connection request is made by a subscriber terminal to the group of subscriber terminals while a connection between one subscriber terminals of the group and another subscriber terminal is established, the service system detects an unused IP address associated with the common subscriber identification information of the group of subscriber terminals in the table and notifies the unused IP address to the sever, and the sever makes a call to a subscriber terminal in accordance with the unused IP address.

This is an electronic component mounting method for mounting a plurality of electronic components on a substrate by using a plurality of moving tables. Each moving table of the plurality of moving tables has a mounting head for picking up and transferring each electronic component, and a camera for recognizing the substrate. The mounting method includes the steps of (a) taking a calibration substrate having a reference mark for position calibration by the camera, and obtaining a position calibration data intrinsic to each moving table having the camera, (b) taking the substrate by only one of the cameras prior to mounting of each electronic component, and recognizing the position of the substrate, and (c) picking up each electronic component by each mounting head, and mounting the electronic component on the substrate.

The height of components already mounted on the board being conveyed is measured by a height measuring unit comprising a CCD light sensor including a light emitting unit and a light receiving unit. In mounting operation, the transfer height of the transfer head when moving on the board is set to a height enough to keep an allowance to the already mounted components on the basis of the height measurement of components. As a result, without useless elevating motions of the transfer head, the loss time is eliminated and the mounting efficiency is enhanced.

The electronic component has a plurality of lead rows, each lead row including plural leads arrayed in a line along and protruding from a side face of a main body of the electronic component. Positional data of the plural leads, including altitudinal values representing heights of respective leads, are measured. A plurality of approximate lines are obtained on the basis of the positional data, each approximate line approximating each lead row on a side face of the electronic component main body. Any faulty lead, extraordinarily deformed compared with other leads, is detected on the basis of the positional data. A mutual positional relationship is obtained between the approximate lines, and it is judged whether the mutual positional relationship is within a predetermined range.
