  • Publication number: 20210203796
Abstract: An image processing apparatus and a method of controlling the image processing apparatus are provided. The image processing apparatus holds a type of image data and a setting item of image processing corresponding to the type in association with each other, and obtains, by applying a learned learning model to image data which are input, a result of classifying the image data into the type. The image processing apparatus presents, based on the setting item input by a user and the held setting item that corresponds to the type of the obtained image, a recommended setting item corresponding to the image data to the user.

  • Patent number: 10992837
Abstract: To make it possible to easily extract additional information from printed matter by using a built-in camera of a mobile terminal. An information processing apparatus that reads additional information by capturing printed matter in which the additional information is embedded by using a built-in camera, including: a control unit configured to acquire a first captured image obtained by capturing the printed matter under a first image capturing condition and a second captured image obtained by capturing the printed matter under a second image capturing condition different from the first image capturing condition; and an extraction unit configured to extract the additional information by analyzing the first captured image and the second captured image.

  • Patent number: 10947911
Abstract: An auxiliary chamber (51) having a spark plug (54) and an auxiliary fuel injector is formed at the central part of the top surface of the main combustion chamber (2). When making an air-fuel mixture in the auxiliary chamber (51) burn by the spark plug (54), an air-fuel mixture in the main combustion chamber (2) is made to burn by jet flames ejected from the communicating holes (52). The injection ports of the auxiliary fuel injector (53) are oriented toward a tumble flow inflow peripheral region (R) which is located on the peripheral part of the end portion of the auxiliary chamber (51) at a place located on a side where the tumble flow W flows in from the communicating holes (52). When the tumble flow (W) is made to be generated in the main combustion chamber (2) by the tumble flow control valve (48), auxiliary fuel (QF) is injected from the auxiliary fuel injector (53) toward the tumble flow inflow peripheral region (R) of the auxiliary chamber (51).

  • Patent number: 10931852
Abstract: An image processing apparatus generates a binary image from a multivalue input image, detects a character region and a non-character region from the binary image, and clips regions surrounding each of characters included in the detected character region as character clipping rectangles. The apparatus determines, on the basis of a black pixel density of the binary image included in the character clipping rectangle, whether or not the character clipping rectangle is a character region and determines, on the basis of a number of pixels included in the character clipping rectangle determined to be a non-character region, whether or not the character clipping rectangle determined to be a non-character region is a character region.

  • Publication number: 20200353991
Abstract: A center pillar manufacturing method includes: a first step of stacking a projected crest portion and a pair of projected joining wall portions of a primary steel plate on a secondary steel plate, and temporarily joining the primary steel plate to the secondary steel plate; a second step of forming a stiffener by subjecting the primary steel plate and the secondary steel plate to hot press; a third step of joining the stiffener to a center pillar outer member having an outer wall portion of the center pillar; and a fourth step of joining a pillar inner member having an inner wall portion of the center pillar to the pillar outer member after joining the stiffener.

  • Publication number: 20200353989
Abstract: Provided is a vehicle body side structure to reduce a center pillar in weight and suitably prevent deformation of the center pillar and separation of a stiffener from a roof side rail due to a side collision load. The vehicle body side structure includes a stiffener having a stiffener upper part provided above a central part in a height direction of a center pillar. The upper end of the stiffener upper part is joined to a roof side rail from an outer side in the vehicle width direction. The stiffener upper part has a trough extending in the vertical direction of the vehicle and recessed inward in the vehicle width direction. The trough 81d is recessed deeper as coming closer to a central part in the vertical direction of the stiffener upper part from the upper end and a lower end of the stiffener upper part.

  • Publication number: 20200343581
Abstract: An electrolyte to be used in a lithium ion secondary battery that contains a graphite-based carbon material as a negative electrode active material is obtained by dissolving a lithium salt in a nonaqueous solvent. The nonaqueous solvent contains a cyclic carbonate and a cyclic ester. The proportion of the sum of the cyclic carbonate and the cyclic ester in the total amount of the nonaqueous solvent is 85 vol % or more. The proportion of the cyclic carbonate in the sum of the cyclic carbonate and the cyclic ester is 60 vol % or more to 95 vol % or less.

  • Publication number: 20200288096
Abstract: An image capturing unit captures an image including an embedded image that is printed on the basis of image data in which at least a color component has been modulated according to additional information. An adjustment unit adjusts a white balance of the image captured by the image capturing unit on the basis of an adjustment value associated with the embedded image. A processing unit processes image data of the image captured by the image capturing unit whose white balance has been adjusted by the adjustment unit to read the additional information in the image captured by the image capturing unit.
