  • Publication number: 20240068416
Abstract: This gas turbine equipment comprises a gas turbine and a control device. A combustor of the gas turbine uses ammonia as fuel, and uses the RQL method. A compressor of the gas turbine includes an intake adjustor that adjusts an intake rate which is the flow rate of air that flows into a compressor casing. When the concentration of NOx in exhaust gas reaches or exceeds a predetermined value, the control device controls the operation of the intake adjustor so that the intake rate decreases.

  • Patent number: 7509255
Abstract: An apparatus for processing a speech signal includes a receiver, a speech signal decoder, a speech rate conversion information detector, and a speech rate converting processor. The receiver receives multiplexed signal of information concerning controls and programs, including speech packets through a transmission line. The decoder decodes the speech signal of packets out of the received signals. The detector detects speech rate conversion execution information in the received signals. The processor subjects the decoded speech signal to a speech rate conversion process if the speech rate conversion execution information indicates that the speech signal has not been subjected to the speech rate conversion process on the transmitting end, and which does not subject the decoded speech signal to the speech rate conversion process if the speech rate conversion execution information indicates that the speech signal has been subjected to the speech rate conversion process on the transmitting end.

  • Publication number: 20090060209
Abstract: Each of audio signals divided into several frequency bands are amplified per frequency band in accordance with gain characteristics that covers a sound-level range from a lowest level to a highest level of each signal. The range has a low range from the lowest level to a first level, a high range from a second level to the highest level, and an intermediate range from the first to second levels between the low and high ranges. The intermediate range has a transition point having a sound level higher than the first level but lower than the second level. Each signal is amplified such that a sound level of each signal is increased from the first level to the sound level of the transition point and then lowered from the sound level of the transition point to the second level in the intermediate range in accordance with the gain characteristics. The amplified audio signals are added and outputted.

  • Publication number: 20050075860
Abstract: A transmitter partitions a speech signal into packets and multiplexes the packets, and concurrently sends speech rate conversion execution information as information accompanying the speech signal. The speech rate conversion execution information indicates whether or not each of the speech signals is a signal of a speech whose rate has already been converted on a transmitting end or in a further previous source of speeches. A speech signal processing apparatus detects the speech rate conversion execution information in the multiplexed and received signal in a speech rate conversion information detector. A speech rate converting processor determines whether or not a selected speech signal of a decoded and selected program which has been outputted from a speech signal decoder has already been subjected to a speech rate conversion process before the transmission.

  • Publication number: 20020034145
Abstract: A CD player plays a disk in which sound data (data to be controlled) and sound field data (control data) are mixed. A reproduction signal is supplied to an AV amplifier in an interface format of IEC60958 or IEC61937. A DIR receives the reproduction signal. A DSP extracts the sound field data from the reproduction signal, and writes the data into a rewritable memory.
