Abstract: A form changing toy including the following is shown. A rotating axis is provided in a cover member. A plurality of figures are provided on the rotating axis and form a predetermined form different from each other with the cover member. A handle is provided on the cover member. A power transmission mechanism transmits to the rotating axis operation power of the handle in one direction to rotate the rotating axis in one direction. Each one of the plurality of figures takes a first state covered by the cover member and then takes a second state jumping out from the cover member and then takes the first state from the second state in order according to operation of the handle in one direction.

Abstract: A spinner for a toy top where a toy top can be spun by merely loading the toy top on the spinner and pulling a string. The spinner includes a spinner main body with a first gear having a string can be wound thereon, a second gear meshing with the first gear, and a toy top holder rotated according to rotation of the second gear. The first gear is linked with a member biasing the first gear in a winding direction of the string, one end of the string being attached to the first gear, and the other end thereof protruding from the spinner main body such that it can be pulled. The toy top holder includes a lower part protruded downwardly from a bottom face of the spinner main body and holding sections provided on a bottom face thereof for holding the toy top.

Abstract: A toy top which is played against an opponent toy top on a playing board including an upper layer member for attacking an opponent toy top, an intermediate layer member for determining a height of the toy top, and a lower layer member for determining a manner of moving of the toy top on a playing board, the members being stacked. The upper layer member is formed with an opening through which a screw of a screw-like coupling member is inserted, the intermediate layer member is formed with a screw hole to receive the screw of the coupling member, and the upper layer member and the intermediate member are coupled by the coupling member. The lower layer member is fitted to a lower part of the intermediate layer member.

Abstract: A point managing device for increasing/decreasing the point possessed by a player based on the result of a competition in which toys actually compete against each other, and for encouraging games using the competing toys, is provided. A main body of the device is provided with a setting unit for setting a win/lose result, a memory unit for storing a cumulative total of points, a point information input/output unit for sending and receiving information on the points to and from a managing device of an opponent, and a control unit for determining a point(s) to be transferred based on the win/lose result. The control unit is configured so as to determine the transfer point based on the difference between the cumulative total of points of the opponent obtained via the point information input/output unit and that of one's own stored in the memory unit and the win/lose result set by the setting unit and update the cumulative total of points based on the determined transfer point.
