  • Publication number: 20070274754
Abstract: A printer forms an image on a print sheet drawn from a print sheet roll, with using a print head. A transport roller unit for drawing the print sheet from the roll and transporting it to the print head includes a drive roller for taking up the print sheet around a peripheral surface thereof for a predetermined distance in a transporting direction, with the printing face thereof being on the inner side, thus applying a transporting force thereto and an opposing portion for causing the print sheet into abutment against the peripheral surface of the drive roller.

  • Patent number: 6698945
Abstract: An automatic photo film feeding apparatus includes a transport mechanism for successively transporting a plurality of film cartridges to a feed position. Transport mechanism includes a first transport unit for supporting the film cartridges with photo films drawn downward and successively transporting film cartridges substantially horizontally to a transfer position, and a second transport unit for receiving film cartridges transported to the transfer position by the first transport unit, and transporting film cartridges horizontally to the feed position. Second transport unit has a posture change mechanism for changing film cartridges to a posture having photo films drawn from film cartridges being directed substantially horizontally. Feeding apparatus includes a feed mechanism for drawing photo films out of film cartridges transported to the feed position, and feeding photo films to a processing section.

  • Patent number: 5864727
Abstract: A rack which can completely expel air remaining in treating solution passages. The rack has a rack body formed with a downward feed path and an upward feed path. A rack plate is provided on the outer side of each feed path. Each plate has treating solution passages extending in a width direction of the plate, and nozzles for blowing treating solution fed into the treating solution passages into the feed paths. An air reservoir is formed in the longitudinal central portion of each treating solution passage. An air vent passage is connected to the top of each air reservoir. If there is any air remaining in the treating solution passages when the rack body is set, such air can be urged into the air reservoirs by treating solution flowing into the treating solution passages and expelled from the air vent passages.

  • Patent number: 4422873
Abstract: The present invention belongs to a technical field in the oxygen steel making, more particularly in the steel making by blowing oxygen into a converter from its top and bottom. The total amount of oxygen to be blown into a top and bottom blowing converter is substantially the same as that of oxygen to be blown into a bottom blowing converter, but a part of the total amount of the oxygen is blown into the converter from its top. Therefore, the injection capacity for lime powder is necessarily decreased corresponding to the decrease of the blow rate of the bottom blown oxygen, and the decrease of the injection capacity causes the initial stage blowing up, being generated often in the case where blowing of lime powder is not carried out in the bottom blowing.
