  • Publication number: 20170139516
Abstract: A laminate structure includes a laminate which has a three-dimensional shape and is provided with a transparent conductive member having a plurality of conductive layers constituted of fine metal wires on a flexible transparent substrate, a wiring formed on the transparent substrate and electrically connected to each conductive layer, a protective member having an optically transparent region and protecting the transparent conductive member, and an optically transparent adhesive layer positioned between the transparent conductive member and the protective member. The laminate has at least a planar portion and a bent portion formed continuously to the planar portion. The wiring is routed to the bent portion and is connected to a flexible wiring member at the tip of the bent portion.

  • Publication number: 20160334896
Abstract: A multilayer structure has a laminate including a transparent conductive member having a conductive pattern having a mesh structure composed of thin metal wires on a transparent substrate having flexibility, a protective member for protecting the transparent conductive member, and an optically transparent adhesive layer disposed between the transparent conductive member and the protective member. The thickness of the laminate is 100 ?m or more and 600 ?m or less. The thickness of the adhesive layer is 20% or more of the thickness of the laminate. The thermal shrinkage of the transparent conductive member at 150° C. is 0.5% or less, and a difference between the thermal shrinkage of the transparent conductive member and the thermal shrinkage of the protective member at 150° C. is within 60% of the thermal shrinkage of the transparent conductive member at 150° C. The multilayer structure is used for a touch panel module having a three-dimensional shape.

  • Publication number: 20060092537
Abstract: According to a method and an apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to remove a slave disk remaining within the apparatus to outside the apparatus while efficiently suppressing the pollution of the master disk and a decrease in the working rate during the occurrence of an abnormality in the apparatus. Also, according to a method and an apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to ensure sufficient cleanness during troubles such as breakdowns of the apparatus and even when adjustment work is necessary and to dramatically improve the life of a master disk.

  • Publication number: 20040201912
Abstract: Positioning portions are provided on part of respective center holes of master carriers on the front and back sides of a magnetic disk medium. At the time of magnetic transfer, the master carriers are superimposed on the magnetic disk medium such that the master carriers sandwich the magnetic disk medium by matching the positioning portions to each other.

  • Patent number: 6794062
Abstract: In the performance of a magnetic transfer utilizing a magnetic transfer master medium, the occurrence of signal omissions in the magnetic data transferred to the slave medium is prevented. By forming the protrusion portions of the uneven pattern formed on the surface of the master medium so that the width thereof in the direction of the track pitch is narrower than said track width, no depression portions that are surrounded on all four sides by protrusion portions are formed.

  • Patent number: 5961727
Abstract: In a method in which a thin-film support is continuously led into a vacuum chamber from the atmospheric air, subjected to surface treatment and led-out to the atmospheric air again, a pneumatical cutoff portion of a leading-in and leading-out section is constituted by seal roller sets each of which is formed by aligned pairs of leading-in rollers and leading-out rollers which are close to each other through slight distances, and the support is led-in and led-out while lapped at an angle of from 30 to 150 degrees around the pair of rollers nearest to the atmospheric air of the seal roller sets.
