  • Publication number: 20110208556
Abstract: The present invention provides product delivery deadline compliance and increased worker training efficiency. A worker assignment scheme creation section of a worker assignment device creates a worker assignment scheme and calculates a job completion time for each process step of each product in accordance with a worker assignment rule. An evaluation value calculation section calculates evaluation values concerning delivery deadline compliance and worker training in accordance with processing results produced by the worker assignment scheme creation section. A worker assignment priority change section changes the worker assignment rule in accordance with the evaluation values and target values therefor. The above process is repeated a number of times to produce plural worker assignment schemes, which are compared in accordance with the evaluation values concerning delivery deadline compliance and worker training. The result of comparison is eventually presented to a user.

  • Publication number: 20110046769
Abstract: The present teaching is intended to observe the delivery date of a product and decrease the number of workpieces in a merger process. A treatment sequence calculator included in manufacturing instruction equipment identifies an in-process part being worked in each process, and calculates the delivery-date allowance of the in-process part. In-process parts whose delivery-date allowances fall below a predetermined threshold are inputted to each process in ascending order of delivery-date allowances. In-process parts whose delivery-date allowances are equal to or larger than the predetermined threshold are inputted to each process in ascending order by a minimum value of remaining treatment times which the in-process parts take to reach the merger process.

  • Patent number: 7693593
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a production planning method and system. Where a manufacturing apparatus is shared by a plurality of products in a production line, if a manufacturing (production) availability number is changed, a cause parameter is automatically investigated so that a production plan with high precision can be prepared in a short time. With respect to a production plan as the previous/current comparison objects, a production process used in the production plan in which a change occurs, is extracted. From the production process, a parameter item to be used in the production capacity evaluation is extracted for all products, a difference comparison is made between the value of the previous parameter and the value of the current parameter, so that the parameter item as the cause is specified. The combination of the cause parameter items is calculated, and a cause parameter list is prepared.

  • Publication number: 20090018687
Abstract: To create production instructions in a short period of time, in the presence of a divergence between a planned production number and the number of performance generated by variations of production volume due to variations of yield with respect to production lines of electronic device products such as a hard disk and a liquid crystal display, a product ratio of input volume to a production line (product mix) is changed by calculating the average number of performance and a standard deviation in an arbitrary period from the divergence between the planned number of production and the number of performance at the present and the production performance in the past; calculating a target achievement probability to a final target from the average number of performance, the standard deviation and the production performance at present; and comparing the target achievement probability to the final target with a threshold.

  • Patent number: 7369908
Abstract: A parts-combining method having high quality or yield for a product having a large number of parts. First entering an identification number group of nondefective completed products, a table of a product identification number group and a parts identification number group, a characteristic data group of parts A with respect to identification numbers of the parts A and a characteristic data group of parts B with respect to identification numbers of the parts B, and calculating a nondefective product space. Before a new product is manufactured, entering a characteristic data group of parts A with respect to identification numbers of the parts A and a characteristic data group of parts B with respect to identification numbers of the parts B, and conducting calculations on statistical distances and combinatorial computations between the parts. Finally outputting a combination table having the identification numbers of both the parts A and the parts B.

  • Publication number: 20060293775
Abstract: This invention provides a parts-combining method that realizes production with high quality or a high yield for a product formed with a large number of parts, such as a magnetic storage device, multi-chip module, liquid-crystal display device, or printed-circuit board. A first step in this method is to enter an identification number group 21 of nondefective products whose manufacture has already been completed beforehand, an association table 22 of a product identification number group and a parts identification number group, a characteristic data group 23 of parts A with respect to identification numbers of the parts A and a characteristic data group 24 of parts B with respect to identification numbers of the parts B, and conduct a calculation process 11 for a nondefective product space.
