Abstract: [Means To Solve The Problems] The patch P has a base sheet B, one surface thereof being an adhesive surface A, and the other surface thereof being a peeling treatment surface L. A laminate P1 is configured by forming a plurality of patches P, and by stacking the adhesive surface A of each of the patches P on the peeling treatment surface L of each of the patches P together. The patch P is peelable, sheet by sheet, from the laminate P1 by adhering the adhesive surface A of the patch P positioned on one end side of the laminate P1 to an area around a hole S1 of the paper S. The adhesive surface A is formed from a number of point-like or water droplet-like adhesive agent portions A1 with an adhesive agent dispersively-applied.
