    Abstract: A touch display panel is disclosed. The touch display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate, and a plurality of touch electrodes disposed on a side of the first substrate facing the second substrate. The plurality of touch electrodes are disposed in an array. The touch display panel also includes a conductive layer disposed on the second substrate, where the conductive layer includes a plurality of openings, and where portions of the touch electrodes are exposed through the openings. In addition, a projection of the conductive layer on the second substrate overlaps the touch electrodes, and the conductive layer is grounded or connected to a constant potential during a touch period.
