Abstract: A display device includes a display panel having a folding axis extending in a first direction; and a panel supporter disposed on a surface of the display panel. The panel supporter includes a first layer including a first base resin and first fiber yarns extending in the first direction and dispersed in the first base resin, a second layer disposed on the first layer, the second layer including a second base resin and second fiber yarns extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction and dispersed in the second base resin, and a third layer disposed on the second layer, the third layer including a third base resin and third fiber yarns extending in the first direction and dispersed in the third base resin.

Abstract: A device for arraying a thermal printer head for use in a thermal printer is provided. The thermal printer includes a thermal printer head which is installed on a main frame to print on a sheet of paper and a transfer roller which transfers the sheet of paper at the state where the transfer roller is closely attached to the thermal printer head. The thermal printer head arraying device includes head arraying units that are disposed in either side wall of the main frame, respectively, to uniformly array the thermal printer head on the transfer roller. A head open unit is provided having a head open lever and an open lever lock that isolate the thermal printer head from the transfer roller when the thermal printer is internally repaired or sheets of paper are exchanged.

Abstract: An apparatus of a printer for detecting a termination or near-termination of a printing medium includes a frame for housing and supporting a roll of the printing medium and capable of being set in a first position and a second position; a first printing medium detecting portion and a second printing medium detecting portion for non-contact detection of the termination or near-termination of the printing medium according to a varying diameter of the roll of the printing medium when the frame is in the first position and the second position; and a position adjusting portion for adjusting an initial set position of the first and the second printing medium detecting means according to an initial diameter of the roll of the printing medium.
