    Abstract: Provided is a charging system and a charging connector thereof. The charging system includes a charging stand, a positioning module mounted in front of the front surface of the charging stand for securing the tire of an electric vehicle, and a moving module mounted within and connected to the charging stand. The charging connector includes a positive charging plug and a negative charging plug located on the moving module. The charging connector is connected to the charging stand. When the electric vehicle is secured by the positioning module, the charging stand detects the type of the battery of the electric vehicle and drives the moving module to move outside the charging stand, so that the positive charging plug and the negative charging plug that are isolated from each other are connected to the chargeable positions of the electric vehicle, thereby forming a charging loop.

    Abstract: A terminal-cover assembly for a secondary battery comprises a cover and at least two terminal assemblies. The cover is arranged on one side of the battery housing and has several through-holes where two terminal assemblies are installed. Each terminal assembly has an electric-conduction terminal penetrating the through-hole. The electric-conduction terminal has an installation member at one end thereof and at least one fixing element with a female thread. A fastening element with a male thread is inserted through the installation member and engaged with the female thread of the fixing element. The fixing element and fastening element are made of an identical material. Thereby, the fastening element and the fixing element can cooperate with electric-conduction plates to cascade secondary batteries to form a battery assembly, neither damaged by hardness difference nor loosened by different extents of deformations resulting from different thermal expansion coefficients.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a secondary battery assembly with enhanced protection, which comprises a battery assembly whose two sides respectively have two electric conduction members each electrically connected with a lead; a casing having an accommodation space accommodating said battery assembly; and a protection layer into said casing fully to wrap said battery assembly. The secondary battery assembly is electrically connected with and supplies power to external devices through the leads. The protection layer is in a solid state at an ambient temperature and melts into a liquid state at a high temperature. The protection layer isolates the battery assembly from the external environment and absorbs and conducts heat generated by the battery assembly efficiently. Therefore, the present invention can prevent the overheated battery assembly from reacting with oxygen and exempt the battery assembly from combustion and explosion.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a high temperature-proof device for a lithium battery, which is installed in a casing of a lithium battery. The casing has a sealing board on one face thereof. The sealing board has at least one through-hole where a pressure relief module is installed. The pressure relief module has a top cover protruding from the sealing board. The top cover has at least one exhaust hole and an engagement member arranged inside the top cover. The engagement member has a first exhaust channel. A low-melting point compound is arranged inside the first exhaust channel. The present invention releases the high-temperature gas generated by inappropriate chemical or electric reaction inside a lithium battery. Thus, the present invention can prevent a lithium battery from burning or explosion caused by the high-temperature gas. Therefore, the present invention can effectively promote safety of lithium batteries.
