  • Publication number: 20220112031
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a warehousing system, a material handling method, a control terminal, a robot and a storage medium. Where the robot performs material fetching according to a control instruction of a control terminal, handles a material to a destination, and automatically docks with a conveyor line at the destination so as to automatically handle the material to the conveyor line. Manual participation is not needed in the material handling process, therefore material handling efficiency can be improved; besides, by configuring different conveyor lines corresponding to different workstations, the material conveying of each workstation does not affect each other, and the workstation with low material processing efficiency does not cause effect on other workstations, thereby facilitating to improve overall work efficiency of all workstations.

  • Publication number: 20220063915
Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to a goods sorting method and a goods sorting system. The goods sorting method includes: generating at least one collection order, each collection order including a predetermined number of sorting orders and recording a plurality of stock keeping units; sending the collection order to at least one picking console in a preset collection order issuance mode; and moving a cargo box to a corresponding picking console so that goods corresponding to the stock keeping units recorded in the collection order are picked out. By means of the method, a large quantity of sorting orders can be processed simultaneously by generating and issuing the collection order, which greatly improves the efficiency of a picking operation.

  • Publication number: 20180108913
Abstract: Provided are crosslinked or crosslinkable polymeric materials suitable for use as an electrode binder, separator, protector, or other uses in an electrochemical call. In some aspects, electrode materials are provided that include an electrode active material combined with a binder that is formed of crosslinked polymeric material, optionally crosslinked with lithium tetraborate. The binder material offers the ability to form electrodes in an aqueous solvent thereby bypassing the toxic solvents required by may prior binding systems. Also provided are processes of forming an electrode that include combining an electrode active material with a binder formed in part or wholly from a polymer and a crosslinker to form a slurry, and coating an electrically conductive substrate with the slurry to form the electrode.

  • Publication number: 20170117592
Abstract: A process of reconditioning a lithium-ion cell is provided that unexpectedly improves cell capacity, reduces cold temperature impedance and increases cold cranking amps. The process involves a reconditioning step of holding a cell at a sub-discharge voltage for a recovery time. The sub-discharge voltage is 1.0V or less in many embodiments, optionally 0.0V. Holding this sub-discharge voltage for a recovery time of several hours will result in recovery of lost capacity that is in excess of that explainable by recovery of ions transferred to an anode overhang.

  • Publication number: 20160126591
Abstract: Processes of improving the safety of lithium ion cells are provided without compromising cell performance. Provided are processes of forming a gel electrolyte that for the first time can fully substitute a liquid electrolyte and provide similar performance but also has greatly improved safety. A process includes in situ formation of a gel electrolyte in the presence of a liquid electrolyte material and then subjecting the resulting gel to a wetting step. The resulting gel electrolyte is capable of excellent cycle life and capacity without the presence of remaining liquid electrolyte.
