    Abstract: A method for preparing a liquid crystal polymer film, comprising: (1) spinning a liquid crystal polymer into fibers, and maintaining the fibers for 0.1 hour to 36 hours at a temperature of 200° C. to 400° C. under a vacuum degree less than 500 Pa for later use; (2) weaving the fibers prepared in step (1) into cloth for later use; and (3) pressing the cloth prepared in step (2) into a film at a temperature of 200° C. to 400° C., and then stretching the film to obtain the liquid crystal polymer film. The liquid crystal polymer film prepared by the preparation method is good in mechanical property, and has a tensile strength that can exceed 170 MPa. The prepared liquid crystal polymer film is applied to a FPC, which makes the FPC have a dielectric constant less than 3, and a small dielectric loss tangent angle.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a preparation method for a copper clad laminate comprising: (1) dissolving a polymer in an organic solvent, heating and stirring to obtain a pre-impregnation liquid; (2) impregnating a liquid crystal polymer cloth in the pre-impregnation liquid, and drying to obtain a liquid crystal polymer impregnated cloth; and (3) laminating the liquid crystal polymer impregnated cloth and a copper foil to prepare the copper clad laminate, wherein the polymer in step (1) is at least one selected from the group consisting of fully aromatic polyesteramide, epoxy resin, and polyimide; and the liquid crystal polymer cloth in step (2) is prepared from a liquid crystal polymer having a melting point greater than 280° C., a dielectric constant less than 3.2, and a dielectric loss tangent angle less than 0.0025. The preparation method for the copper clad laminate has a simple preparation process and a low manufacturing cost.

    Abstract: A wrapper comprises a shaft, a swing arm installed at the shaft and swung around the shaft as a turning center, a recess set on one side of a free end of the swing arm, at least two supporting rollers provided at both sides of an end of the recess, another shaft provided on the outer side of the supporting roller under the recess, a buckling arm with one end rotationally connected with the other shaft and the other end provided with a third roller, and an annular belt circling around the three supporting rollers. The wrapper of the present invention makes the belt coat and press over a winding drum and a metal band by rotating the swing arm, so as to wind the metal band around the winding drum when said winding drum is circumgyrating. The wrapper of the present invention is simple in construction, easy to use and cheap (inexpensive).

    Abstract: The present invention is generally directed to a rolling mill in which the supporting means are arranged in the middle region of the roll body of the working roll with their length(s) not longer than that of the roll body of the working roll. The supporting means supports or abuts against the middle and lateral roll supports at their central region in the axial direction during the operation of the rolling mill so as to provide central support to the roll supports. As a result, the middle and lateral roll supports and hence the rolls will not deflect or bend under the action of rolling force.

    Abstract: A high-precision rolling mill with the flexture of the roll being controlled two-dimensionally which mainly comprises a mill stand, roll systems and roll supports. To minimize the flexural deformation of the rolls during rolling, the inventive rolling mill is also provided with a two-dimensional supporting system which is commonly composed of the mill stand, the roll supports and intermediate supporting means between the mill stand and the roll supports. The intermediate supporting device comprises pressing devices and horizontal pads, as well as vertical pad sets. The configuration of rolling mill results in the great reduction of the flexure, thus reducing the thickness error of cross-section of rolled plate and strip.
