Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system and method for providing information regarding a parking space. The system includes a terminal located in a vehicle desired to be parked and a server that obtains occupant information and vehicle information of vehicles parked in parking spaces through cameras installed in a parking lot, predicts departure time of the parked vehicles based on the occupant information and the vehicle information, and provides parking space information based on the predicted departure time to the terminal.

The system includes an electronic device that outputs parking lot information in a vehicle that is waiting to park in a parking lot associated with a multi-use facility. The system further includes a facility server that manages facility usage information of a user corresponding to a parked vehicle in the parking lot. The system also includes a parking lot server that predicts departure time of the parked vehicle by analyzing the facility usage information and generates the parking lot information based on the predicted departure time.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing an LCD on a substrate, the method comprising the steps of forming a thin film transistor on the substrate; forming an organic passivation layer over the thin film transistor; forming a patterned photoresist over the organic passivation layer; etching the organic passivation layer to form a contact hole over one of source and drain of the transistor; removing the photoresist; forming an SiO.sub.2 layer at a surface of the organic passivation layer by O.sub.2 ashing; and forming a pixel electrode contacting one of the source and drain of the transistor through the contact hole.
