  • Patent number: 7434393
Abstract: Disclosed are a control arrangement and a method for the pressure medium supply of at least two hydraulic consumers that are supplied with pressure medium through the intermediary of a variable displacement pump. In the pressure medium flow path between the consumers and the variable displacement pump a respective meter-in orifice is provided. An adjustment of the variable displacement pump and of the meter-in orifices takes place electronically through the intermediary of a control means in dependence on the target values input by an operator. In accordance with the invention, the meter-in orifice associated with the consumer having the highest load pressure is controlled to open completely, so that the pressure loss across this meter-in orifice is minimum.

  • Patent number: 5496163
Abstract: A gear machine (pump or motor) has two externally meshing gear pairs (21, 22) which are arranged so as to be offset relative to one another and are attached to a drive shaft (31) by a toothing (30), the number of teeth of the toothing (30) being an even-number multiple of the external teeth of the driven toothed wheels (16, 18). The toothing width (b) of the driven toothed wheels (16, 18) on the drive shaft (31) is smaller than their toothed wheel width (B), in particular smaller than one-half the toothed wheel width (B). This improves the mechanical characteristics of the gear machine its operating reliability. The invention can also be used with gear machines with only one gear pair (21a).

  • Patent number: 4886123
Abstract: In a device for controlling a slip and a traction force of an implement coupled to a tractor by a hoisting unit, a slip contol system is combined with a traction force control system. The control device includes a drive speed sensor connected to the tractor and an acceleration sensor positioned on the tractor. A measured acceleration value is compared in a comparator circuit with an adjusted output signal of the drive speed sensor, and an actual slip value is determined by integration from an acceleration difference signal. The actual slip value is used for adjusting a control value generated in the traction force control system to control a position of the hoisting unit.

  • Patent number: 4809785
Abstract: An electro-hydraulic arrangement regulating the lifting mechanism actuatable by a hydraulic motor, on an agricultural working vehicle having a driven wheel, comprises a plurality of sensors including a position sensor forming an actual value position signal, a force sensor forming an actual value force sensor, and an additional sensor forming an actual value slippage signal dependent on slippage of the driven wheel, a nominal value transmitter, a first summation point connected with the additional sensor and with the force sensor so as to obtain the slippage-dependent signal and the actual value force signal therefrom and to produce an output signal, a mixing device having a first input connected with the first summation point and for receiving the output signal and a second input connected with the position sensor for receiving the actual value position signal and producing an output signal, and a second summation point connected with the mixing device for receiving the output signal of the mixing device and

  • Patent number: 4721001
Abstract: An arrangement for mechanical measurement and for regulation of a pulling force of a tractor, has a bending-elastic element whose bending is sensed by a sensing device which acts on a lifting device for a three-point linkage of the tractor, wherein the bending-elastic element is formed as a pin which is hollow and supports one link of the linkage between two housing-fixed bearing points, and the sensing device has a gauge stick which extends inside the pin substantially between both housing-fixed bearing points.

  • Patent number: 4155261
Abstract: An arrangement for registering pressure fluctuations in a pressure system includes a sensing element which is subjected to the fluctuations of pressure applied thereto by the pressure system. The sensing element is operatively connected with a transmitting element, which transmits signals in response to the fluctuations of pressure sensed by the sensing element. The arrangement is further provided with a register (e.g., a counter), operatively connected to the transmitting element, for registering the pressure fluctuations.

  • Patent number: 3964518
Abstract: An electrohydraulic control unit which regulates the flow of hydraulic fluid to and from one or more consumers by way of a directional control valve has a cylinder for a piston which is mechanically connected with or constitutes the spool of the directional control valve and divides the interior of the cylinder into two plenum chambers connected to the outlet of the pump, either directly or by way of a pressure reducing valve. The chambers are further connected with the tank and each of the fluid supplying and evacuating conduits for each of the two chambers contains a flow restrictor. Th flow restrictors in conduits for admission of fluid to the chambers are mounted upstream of check valves and the flow restrictors in conduits for evacuation of fluid from the chambers are mounted upstream of or constitute integral parts of two solenoid-operated auxiliary valves. The four flow restrictors together constitute a hydraulic bridge circuit.
