Abstract: An apparatus for joining a bottom foil to a cover foil comprising a heating roller and a sealing roller that cooperates with the heating roller. In the inlet region of the heating roller, there is a preheater for the cover foil. To enable especially good handling of the cover foil, an additional preheater, embodied as a heating wedge, for the cover foil is disposed in the immediate vicinity of the heating roller. Instead of the preheater, the sealing roller may also be embodied as heatable.

Abstract: A device for severing packing strips having blisters from a continuous film having a transport roller and, at a specific distance therefrom, a stamping device. The stamping device is combined with a stop, against which blisters of the packing strip to be stamped out run. By use of the stop, an always similar position of the blisters within the packing strip is achieved in the case of different expansion behaviors of the continuous film. By use of a buffer zone for a part of the continuous film, matching to different continuous films is achieved.

Abstract: A method for measuring out and filling of pourable goods into packaging containers and an apparatus which functions according to this method are proposed. In order to attain high filling output especially in the case of voluminous goods, or goods having a low specific weight, a feeding apparatus for the packaging containers is assigned one after another a plurality of weighing devices each having one dispensing device. The weight values of the first partial quantities measured out and filled into the packaging containers are added up in a computer (S I-S II, .SIGMA.I+II-.SIGMA.I+II+III), which directs the last dispensing device to furnish the remaining deficient quantity.
