  • Patent number: 5562430
Abstract: A reciprocating piston pump element of a reciprocating piston pump having a piston, a cylinder with a formed-on cylinder head, an outlet valve which adjoins the cylinder head and an outlet valve housing that is secured in the cylinder head in order to form a structural unit. To reduce the amount of structural space required and to reduce the purchase price, the cylinder with the cylinder head and the region of the outlet valve housing enclosing the closure element are embodied in one piece, and in addition to a sealing ring, a further sealing ring of essentially the same diameter is disposed. As a result, a securing means in the form of a bead formed from the material of the housing block, oriented toward the outlet valve chamber, suffices to secure the reciprocating piston pump element inside the bore of the housing block. The reciprocating piston pump element can be used for space-saving, less expensive anti-lock systems in motor vehicle brake systems and can be expanded for traction control.

  • Patent number: 5345040
Abstract: A device including a conductor track foil with contact pins of an electrical component. The conductor track foil includes two insulating layers with an intervening conducting layer with lands in the upper layer for soldering the conductive layer to the contact pins of the electrical component. The conductor track foil is lowered, positionally correctly, onto the electrical component by use of a mounting device. The bottom insulating layer and the conducting layer of the soldering lands, which are free of an insulating layer on the top, are pierced by the contact pins extending at right angles to the conductor track foil. The conductor track foil is released by the mounting apparatus. A soldered connection is made between the lands and the contact pins. As a result, a device including an electrically reliably gap free conducting connection is attained even if the contact pins are eccentrically associated with the soldering lands.

  • Patent number: 5289629
Abstract: A mounting apparatus for attaining a tolerance-insensitive connection of a conductor track foil with contact pins of an electrical component. The conductor track foil includes two insulating layers with an intervening conducting layer with lands in the upper layer for soldering the conductive layer to the contact pins of the electrical component. The conductor track foil is lowered, positionally correctly, onto the electrical component by use of a mounting device. The conductor track foil is released by the mounting apparatus. A soldered connection is made between the lands and the contact pins. As a result, an electrically reliably gap free conducting connection is attainable even if the contact pins are eccentrically associated with the soldering lands.

  • Patent number: 4896409
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a rotationally-symmetrical, hollow-cylindrical housing having two magnetizable housing parts arranged to straddle a non-magnetic housing zone thereby isolating the housing parts magnetically. The housing is prefabricated, for the sake of simplified, more-economical manufacture, in one piece from a magnetizable blank except for an excess dimension in the outer diameter (d), and an annular groove which is cut into the inner wall of the housing to the width of the desired housing zone. With the housing rotating, a non-magnetizable filling material is introduced into the annular groove, the vicinity of the annular groove being heated during this process, and the rotation of the housing is continued until the filling material has set. Then the housing is turned down on the outside until the final dimension of the outer diameter (d) is attained and at which time there is then no further connection between the magnetizable parts.
