  • Publication number: 20200320144
Abstract: A method and system that comprises a first device and at least one server is disclosed. The first device is configured to receive a voice signal including a natural language query and to transmit first information derived from the voice signal. The at least one server is configured to determine search criteria from the first information, to search at least one web service based on the search criteria, and to transmit second information based on a result of the searching. The first device is configured to receive the second information and to output a voice response to the natural language query and provide, using a display of the first device, a list of selectable options, based on the second information. The first device or the at least one server is configured to provide, using machine learning, additional information based on natural language queries outside of the natural language query.

  • Patent number: 10368207
Abstract: An arrangement for providing, on an ad hoc basis, a closed user group (CUG) among a collection of pre-defined IP network users. A set of intelligent access devices, dispersed through the IP network, constantly transmit a set of pings associated with the defines CUGs to discover those devices within its communication range. The discovered IP addresses for each device is thus constantly updated, allowing group members to remain in constant contact (emulating an “always on” connection). The users feels they are always connected with group members and thus have instant access to voice/data/video sessions—much like hot lines or “always on” connections.

  • Patent number: 10295358
Abstract: A method and apparatus for enabling users who request a map of a specified route to invoke a data session to see images of the key markers and a video session to see live views of key points along the route are disclosed. If traffic appears congested, the subscriber can request an alternative route from the network along with image and video sessions to verify the traffic conditions of the alternative route.

  • Patent number: 9992215
Abstract: A system for identifying a network intrusion includes four modules. The first module monitors network transmissions and creates a model of regular network activity. The second module receives the model of regular network activity and sets a threshold for irregular usage based on the model. The third module receives the threshold, compares a value of a candidate inter-nodal transmission of the network to the threshold, and identifies a potential intrusion when the value exceeds the threshold. The fourth module analyzes a transmission behavior of one or more nodes of the candidate inter-nodal transmission and identifies the network intrusion.

  • Publication number: 20160314206
Abstract: A server may utilize a dialog engine and a search engine to extract key phrases from a received natural language query. A database may be searched for a set of webpages based on the extracted key phrases. A first response having a portion of the set of webpages may be transmitted. The server may continue, after the first response using a machine learning function without user search input, to search information associated with the received natural language query.
