    Abstract: A loan management, real-time monitoring, analytics, and data refresh method includes importing user loan data, validating the imported loan data, and loading the validated loan data into a loan queue under control of the user; selecting loans in the loan queue and placing the selected loans into a loan pool under control of the user; automatically without control of the user extracting loan data from the loan data for the loans in the loan pool, submitting the extracted loan data to a loan-data vendor, receiving vendor loan data generated by the loan data vendor from the extracted loan data, and integrating the vendor loan data with the loan data for the loans in the loan pool; and generating reports and alerts from the integrated loan data for the loans in the loan pool under control of the user.
