Connecting to this cover is a tubular structure that can feature angularly and or radially expanding elastic tabs and or a foam structure. These are used to help retain the cemetery flower holder to the cemetery monument and or vase. Contained within the tubular structure are one or more flower retention devices, these connect to and extend through the decorative cover.
